I'd give it more than 4 stars, everything was perfect. I was offered a marvellous breakfast with many options to choose from. The location was great for bar & restaurant and a restaurant. I had a very nice time.

Famous and fairly clean venue, good for one night. Very attentive staff, very well decorated and well-appointed rooms with nice view. Unbeatable setting in the shopping area, near shops and San Marco square, all the main attractions, really friendly, helpful staff and Venice for 30 years. Besides, easy to get to Doge's Palace.

The deluxe twin room is fashionable with a magnificent view and toiletries plus lovely breakfast. The rate is £ 616, satisfied.

Lovely small hotel in a safe area not far from water bus stop, Clean room, Great view from balcony, Breakfast very good and Venice. The breakfasts with splendid view. Magnificent location not too far from an ornate footbridge. Just perfect experience there.

The hotel was unique, location was amazing close to San Marco, great breakfast.

We had the deluxe king room and it was new-fashioned and complete with sofa etc and a razor. Appreciated their very good service.

It's a unique hotel with great breakfast, the location is fantastic so close to grand canal-very short walk from giglio water bus route 1.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met expectation, recommend it. I greatly enjoyed the lovely food they offered. The room was stylish, huge with a wonderful bedroom.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

This place was famous in general with the best and smart stuff team. The location was central, really close to all the shops, restaurants and amazing sites, Near to shopping area and the main shopping districts and attractions. The food was amazing, had variety of options. Everything was simply fantastic.

The breakfast choices are amazing and great with fresh fruits and hams and view to Grand Canal.

The rooms are perfect and luxurious with sofa etc, a good bathroom plus large comfortable double bed. Plus, the location is unbeatable and brilliant, minutes from a museum gallery. Every time in Venice we stay in this hotel.

I loved configuration of the deluxe king room. The employees were consistently courteous and hospitable and offered VERY GOOD services. The location was unbeatable and best possible, within walking distance of a wide canal.

Unbeatable location, not too far from a satellite gallery. Positioned in the safe area, so close to the public boat station as well as Very close to the main square.

This was my very nice stay on holidays. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Venice, all the main attractions and Murano. I had some drinks at Bar Longhi, positioned 200 metres away.

the property was beautifully kept and unique and we had a lovely stay. the breakfast offered plenty of appetising meals. we got a room with a bathtub. it had central location close to san gregorio.

View of sunsets was fantastic! We liked the way our presidential suite was. Ristorante da raffaele, where you can eat, is just a walk down to the hotel.

It was worth its 4 stars. The restaurant was located within 400 metres. Also, free WiFi was provided👍

it's an excellent hotel. we could have lunch in the gritti terrace set within 200 feet. a welcome base for exploring venice. we greatly enjoyed our time here.

Can’t fault the property in any way.

I would love to return and recommend to family. It's so close to st mark's basilica.
