The atmosphere is quiet, nice and courteous staff with such a lovely receptionist.

The venue is clean, with great and stunning location close to the square, and extremely walkable to other neighborhoods. Think that this silent hotel is beyond compare, really enjoyed it.

A nice size and huge unit with nice bathroom, lively stuff. Variety of food for breakfast including cereals and croissants.

The breakfast was reasonably good for what was on offer with warm croissants, fresh coffee, pastries.

I booked twin room with goos size bathroom as well as a safe deposit box.

Everything was great and thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The staff were lovely without being intrusive. The room of this place was beautiful with nice bathroom. The whole experience was awesome.

The location in a safe area was stunning and fantastic. Greatly enjoyed the fact that we were minutes away from a boat dock. The staff was very pleasant and gave us great advices. The breakfast was exceptionally good with fresh coffee and warm croissants and pastries, the restaurant was cheap.

The location was great and stunning, right by the trainstation and main vaporetto stations, great restaurants, and other neighborhoods, sites and locations and a minute walk from a beautiful baroque church we wanted to see.

The hotel had an amazing location close to a beautiful baroque church. The rooms were huge, with a carpet and a dressing table, exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff were affable and accommodating at all times.

Outstandingly accommodating staff and quick to respond. Fabulous, elegant room with a private bathroom and a shower and a bidet. Breakfast with fantastic coffee, warm croissants and pastries.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met needs well, would definitely recommend it. Exceptionally clean, amazing value hotel, the location was prime next to the nearest airports as well as both train station and bus stop. The staff was extremely helpful and decent at all levels.

Although everything was perfectly fine, some of the staff were not so helpful.

The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, and we could reach a large historic public square by walking. And the area was really quiet, not far from the train station, different good restaurants, and attractions in Venice. It was tastefully decorated, functional and with nice bathroom: )

Quaint venue, lively bar area, magnificent location close to San Marco. Very pleasant staff of the hotel. Good-sized bathroom, good sized, functional room. Great experience there.

We really enjoyed this stay. Booked a twin room with a minibar, central heating and an iron. The bathroom was large, with a bidet. The location was wonderful - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Dorsoduro district was worth staying in.

The vibe here was QUIET. The staff was courteous, lively with every request. Its location relatively close to Campo Santo Stefano was best possible and quiet.
