Make sure you stay in the executive king room with a large bathroom. The breakfast with cheese and fried rice, for example is savoury and large for what is offered.

The property is delightful, it has very kind and courteous staff from our maids. Make sure to get executive twin room with ice, snacks, as for instance. The location is stunning and the food is freshly made. The hotel is in the nice enough zone. We just want to say thanks!

Loved our stay, had fine 4 days overall. We stayed in a high standard executive king suite with a 500ml bottle, a working window, as for instance. The overall atmosphere was comfortable, even so some staff members were not very friendly. The breakfast was fresh and free for all tastes, and all the food was delightful.

Tbh Wi-Fi signal was very weak, and the bed was very small.

Everything was well-maintained, though a few employees were not always friendly. The hotel was in a stunning position just next door to the train station and airport, Hilton Molino Stucky, and an old factory which has been completely refurbished. Also, Campo San Barnaba Square was at a short distance.

This hotel was absolutely incredible and I would return here. Had a beautiful 2 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The bedroom was beautifully designed and functional. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had perfect views of the Venice skyline.

100% recommend as we loved it. The breakfast is large, available with local cheese, a superb view plus non pork options. Executive king room is recently refurbished, has a luxury bathroom.

Everything was very good, attentive staff, stunning location next to the main island, a private water taxi from train station, and the train station or airport. Our rooms were newly decorated and well-appointed with a view across to Venice, coffee, as for instance as expected.

The executive twin room was immaculate with a view of venice, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The room was recently refurbished and the view of the sea at the corner of the window was magnificent. Authentic cuisine was served in the rooftop restaurant.

Everything is amazing here, had a lovely stay for our next Venice visit. Glad we took executive king room, it was newly decorated and practical. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, the breakfast is savoury and large. The venue has marvellous and stunning setting in Giudecca district near to 1 stop by public water taxi, and the main Venice attractions.

The breakfast had a great selection of food, like breads, hot waffles, pancakes, cheese, and eggs. Booked a room with magnificent views, and the staff were useful and hospitable people from our maids. That hotel was in a fantastic location, to another restaurant for a completely new meal.

Spent here 2 beautiful days and would return there. It was fairly clean, the staff was incredibly nice, plus the service was incredible. The a la carte breakfast included yoghourt, fruit, pancakes, cheese, and eggs, but we didn't have time and didn't try all the menu.

Good service, top quality deluxe room with great view as well as a 500ml bottle of water. Amazing location very close to a regular water taxi to San Marco for 8.5 euros per day, the main island where San Marco Square and Rialto Bridge are and a peaceful sanctuary away from the hordes of tourists; early check-in.

The location in a very charming area was fantastic and wonderful and there were the main shopping centre and supermarkets nearby. Stayed in executive king suite with a view at check in which was perfect for me.

A coffee maker, fridges, and kitchenware were an advantage. The location to Venice St Mark's Square in ca was great and lovely.

With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was GORGEOUS.

Everything was well-maintained, fab location on the stop to the right, the staff were courteous. I was there for 3 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant for dinner. There was Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was brilliant.

Overall it was newly decorated and decent size with a view. Particularly good location just next door to the resturant, the main island and the airport through the think fog, I felt safe.

The location of this spectacular hotel was magnificent, to different sights in the city. I loved the superior king room which was top quality.

The whole place was clean and the staff were amicable. It had central location close to a Gothic - style palace. The hotel was set in a crowded area. The restaurant was good, it had excellent meals.

hotel was superior and the room was bright. furthermore, wifi - was a nice touch. there's a wide range of restaurants to choose from, like trattoria san basilio, set within 15 minutes walk or so.

Teatro fenice was easily accessible within a 15-minute stroll. Patio was included...

Hotel was placed in front of such tourist sites as church of san giorgio maggiore. San Marco district was worth visiting.
