It was clean, stuff was outstandingly accommodating. Double room had upgrades, it was brand-new and warm. We had a lovely time.

Marvellous setting in the very quiet area, short walk to central area, and like St Marco.

The staff were very friendly and flexible; we had an easy check-in. Its location in the heart of Venice was particularly good.

The venue was exceptionally comfortable, I truly enjoyed the location right by like St Marco in less than ten minutes, and San Marco square, and city views. Its location was marvellous, just 5 minutes walk from Saint Mark's Square: D

Fairly clean hotel in a really great building close to Italy with precise directions and the all the main attractions.

Great location, just a walk down to everywhere. Big size and warm room with a view over city.

The location was exceptionally nice, within easy walking distance of an ornate footbridge.

The room was spotless, with very comfy bed and a body wash and towels in the bathroom. Need to add that city view was a nice bonus.

It was fairly clean place, staff were very friendly, and I loved my warm room. The location was exceptionally nice for walking around an ornate footbridge. It also was close to vaporetto stop at Rialto Bridge so excellent central location for sightseeing. I've stayed here before and had a good time, so recommend this hotel.

make sure you stay in the double room with a private bathroom, view of somebody's balcony and the washing machine. the price is just right - £ 52. excellent location near piazza san marco, a vaporetto station, shops, restaurants, and the scala contarini del bovolo, it's very central. san marco district is worth looking into.

Clean place, staff was pleasant. The check in was easy, the room was big with air conditioning, a private bathroom, as for instance.

The hotel staff was not always friendly.

Easy check in and late check out. An electric kettle, climate control and a work desk available in the double room.

The setting was fantastic, so close to local coffeshops, restaurants, shops, piazza san Marco and Accademia and the all the main attractions. San Marco district was worth exploring.

Excellent home base for exploring Venice. A good choice of goodies for breakfast. Very quite area, very central location next to the supermarket as well as the Rialto bridge. Plus, walking distance to Saint Mark's Square.

Beds were really small.

Everything was simply fine. Stayed here for 3 days, truly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with marvellous location close to everything. Location: the venue was very close to the supermarket, like St Marco in less than ten minutes and Rialto bridge and San Marco square. Great to be 500 metres away from Skk, enjoyed our meal there...
