New-fashioned and beautifully designed units with nice view as well as a sofa bed which was also really comfortable, pleasant employees.

Unique family-friendly place, it has stunning and very pretty location so close to Burano, Murano and the Biennale and nightlife and areas of interest.

The family king suite is new-fashioned and has a safe, a lounge, and coffee. The hotel has magnificent location and consistently courteous and amazingly nice staff on night shift.

The breakfast is incredible and outstanding with zero options and all served in a spacious, for instance, there's an option for each taste. The location is beautiful, a 10-15 minute walk from Edinburgh Gin Distillery.

The staff was consistently courteous and exceptionally nice and my stay was excellent, definitely want to stay in that area again. The American breakfasts were outstanding. My family suite and bed were extremely comfy. The hotel had indeed an amazing and lovely location close to public transport. Cannaregio district was worth exploring.

Pleasant accommodation with excellent setting not far from the local supermarket, the atmospheric & interesting jewish ghetto & very trendy bars & restaurants frequented by local Venetians & students and the main touristy areas like Piazza San Marco. Exceptionally good breakfast for which a vegetarian has zero options for the start of the day. Good customer service. The ambience was family.

I can't recommend highly enough to all. The venue is charming and magnificent. The room is nice and individual and there are good views. Absolutely amazing people are working there. The nice onsite bar serves complementary drinks.

I really good spend 2 nights in Venice. The breakfast had an enjoyable American option. The suite overlooked the canal. The staff were consistently courteous and very pleasant and the facilities were extremely clean. Good service was provided. The hotel was pleasant and wonderful and in a central location.

Special and clean accommodation with magnificent and stunning location really close to the main tourist area as well as "suburbanly trendy" Venice, very close to the airport & island water bus stops. Outstanding breakfast with American scrambled eggs and cheese and yoghurt prepared by incredibly nice staff. Smooth check in and in general very good service.

The bedroom was neat and stylish. The breakfast was perfect with superb-cooked meats and juice and yoghurt, perfect to start our day.

I had a king room and it was new-fashioned and well-designed with upstairs bedroom. The staff was super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating and gave some great recommendations.

Had outstanding American breakfasts with American scrambled eggs and a vegetarian has zero options, for example. Good service was provided here. We had an excellent stay that met required needs, would consider staying here again.

The property was special with fairly friendly and accommodating stuff especially receptionist, I greatly enjoyed the stay. The room was unique & stylish, and the bathrooms were spotless. There was a roll-in shower, a plus for me. The location was excellent and wonderful, not far from Water Shuttle from the airport, and restaurants and local amenities.

It was based in very comfortable building in a stunning location, in a quiet neighborhood away from tourist attractions.

It was really clean and pleasant hotel, would definitely recommend. I had a very nice experience here, everything was amazing, the location was easy just off a restored monastery, all attractions in Venice through the "vaporetto", and all the main tourist destinations.

We think it's a holiday base for staying in Venice...

Downstairs bar, huge and cosy room with a mezzanine bed and a beautiful view plus a nice big bathroom. Lovely area, central location near decent restaurants and water bus. Situated only 1 km from a main street.

View of the canal. The hotel was just 1 mile from grand canal. We booked it before and do recommend it to everyone. Santa Croce neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.
