Came here for a trip and I would come there again. Its rooms are nicely decorated and well-appointed in the venetian style. The airport is 0.5 km away.

Make sure to get superior queen room with supplies, tea, for instance. Offers nice service and different food.

The stuff was very efficient and professional and provided very good service. The deluxe queen room we stayed in where charming little with a balcony overlooking san marco basilica.

Some people working there were very unfriendly.

We have spent 2 days in superior queen room with a lot of mirrors, good AC, a view in Venice.

The location was excellent and incredible, just off Italy. Also, a Hyde park was 3 km away. The food was nice and outstanding, included pastries and fruit.

Comfortable bedroom. A safe box, a minibar, and a work desk were convenient. Lovely staff from the bellboy to the waiters.

The place is delightful and fairly clean. Its rooms are gorgeous with three single beds, the bedroom and good aircon for a fantastic stay.

The view of the canal was breathtaking, as well as central location near the Rialto Bridge and Saint Marks square and the Rialto Bridge. Besides, a bucolic village was easy to get to.

I will be returning here soon, liked the trip. The hotel is reasonably clean and big size, has very efficient staff and unbeatable location close to the St Marc plaza. The breakfast variety is generous with fresh fruit, nice options plus cheeses, very good service.

Everything is wonderful here. Brilliant, tidy room complete with bedroom, coffee machine and a fabulous view. The staff has always been absolutely amazing and wonderful. It has a downstairs bar, that serves savoury drinks.

Great and unbeatable location in Venice, close enough to shops, cafes and restaurants, all the landmarks, and the san marco area on both sides. Absolutely gorgeous room, a shower, terry dressing gowns, and slippers in the room.

We truly enjoyed this small hotel. We had nice breakfasts with both freshly cut, great coffee, fried or poached eggs.

It offered us absolutely perfect and nice location just next door to the historic centre between St Mark's Square, main tourist attractions and the return water taxi which costed 85 euros to go to the train station and 140 to go to the airport.

The hotel was nice and very elegant, with brilliant location to the island of Murano. The absolutely amazing and wonderful staff on reception desk provided all the necessary info. The rooms they offer were tidy and splendid with three single beds, a great bathroom plus s balcony.

The breakfast was generous with view over Venice, and the rooftop bar was a plus.

Liked to spend 2 days in our romantic superior queen room with a bed for a child and updated furniture plus complementary phone. This accommodation had a central setting to the island of Murano.

Great-sized and brand-new unit with views out over various aspects of the surrounding area, AMAZINGLY HELPFUL staff. Particularly good area, central location next to the public water taxi-much cheaper and a very nice boat, sightseeing and the restaurant for dinner.

The location was unbeatable and stunning, close to an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. I had elegant, soundproof rooms with an electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar and an individual safe. The staff were top-class and hard-working too.

Actually everything was great. This location was unbeatable, just next door to entire Italy, the canal and Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge. I ate at the authentic restaurant near the hotel. The check-in was efficient and the atmosphere was elegant overall. Late check-out was useful.

It was based in amazing building in a brilliant and easy location, in the heart of venice. There was an authentic restaurant nearby. The room was immaculate and stunning with a view.

We had 3 nights in Venice, spend our time here perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed a shower, terrycloth bathrobes and slippers in the bathroom. The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk.
