The breakfast was extensive for all tastes, included cereal, fruit, and eggs. It was good 2 days, would consider staying here again.

The venue has super and unique setting in San Marco district just next door to waterbus and other sights, an alley, and both train station. The restaurant food is DIFFERENT, and the breakfast offered is perfect and incredibly nice with maple syrup and cheese, for instance.

It was a classic building, the room was quiet and huge with the most fantasticly comfy bed. The cost was £ 97.

Overall it was lovely and beautiful, with a functional bathroom.

It was fairly clean and the staff were polite, beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Very central location close to great restaurants and things to see, all the shops and St Mark's square and the Grand Canal and San Marco along a street of designer boutiques, it was in a super nice area. I had some drinks at Mercat Bar, positioned 300 metres away.

Skilled, best staff, stunning location really close to an amazing shopping mall on the walk to the Rialto Bridge as well as Accademia Bridge. Lovely bed in the classic double room, plus a safe box, central heating, and a television with satellite channels.

Sincerely, it was a such wonderful stay for 3 nights. Had luxurious, spotless room that was a completely renovated bathroom. The hotel was in the very central setting to all Venice's highlights. And we were near to the top designer shops, many traditional tourist locations and the St Mark's square.

Fairly clean accommodation, absolutely amazing staff especially on reception desk. A safe box, central heating, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels available in the comfort room. Exceptionally good views of the garden and a perfect design.

Rooms are air-conditioned and extremely pleasant with the extra 2 beds, talking loudly, a beautiful view, food is good.

This accommodation was in the very central location in a great area. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved San Marco district.

The classic double room was air-conditioned and romantic. Free Wi-Fi was strong and the service was good! Perfect and stunning location, the staff were knowledgeable. Everything was perfect and within 20 minutes' drive of Marco Polo airport.

I had a fabulous stay here and would love to go back. I stayed here 7 nights and greatly enjoyed it. The staffs were cheerful and the service was nice. The restaurant was great for dinner, I tried hot dishes.

Fantastic, great location in Venice, short walk to the most exclusive shopping streets, most areas and Teatro La Fenice, the opera house. Plus, walking distance to Palazzo Contarini Fasan.

The setting is stunning and lovely, it's close to Teatro La Fenice, the opera house, all the landmarks including San Marco Piazza, the Museum, several restaurants and the Grand Canal and San Marco. A classic double room has basic facilities you need.

In overall, the place is pleasant, has competent staff at all times. The location is magnificent, 15 minutes' walk to a wide canal. Furthermore, it's next to Venice, a quiet area and the taxi. A bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.

Stylish trendy boutique hotel for 3 nights in Venice. Marvellous and top location 20 min walk to downtown. For tea or coffee visit Ae Veste Bar nearby.

Brilliant and clean place to stay in, it has exceptional staff with excellent service. The property has a magnificent and brilliant location, right by Venice and the center. There is café Bar Ducale, set 200 metres walk away.

Views are quite bad.

One of the advantages - air conditioned rooms; they included a shower and a hair dryer. The breakfast was sumptuous and had variety of options. The location was awesome, relatively close to Ala Napoleonica...
