The breakfast I had was very good with meats, pork plus sweets. All of the staff was exceptional and pleasant.

We had a good stay, the hotel was top quality, fairly clean, with incredible location by water taxi which was a nice touch.

Clean and cool hotel, welcoming staff and exceptionally comfortable beds. Fairly quiet and tasteful room overlooking the canal. Marvellous and fab location, a short way from everywhere.

It was a luxurious stay for two nights, really enjoyed it. Extremely helpful and professional staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. The breakfast food, especially coffee and toast was good!

Stunning, amazing location really close to sufficiently close to the tourist area, all areas-front desk, food and beverage and housekeeping and San Stae water bus stop and walking distance to St Marks Square and Rialto Bridge. Variety of options, excellent food.

Amicable people working here, modern place. Recently renovated units with an exceptional view over the canal. Efficient and satisfactory breakfast - a lot of meals. Excellent dishes, central location to the center of things. Based near to excellent restaurants and bars, the first ferry that arrived and the grande canal. Friendly check in and exceptional service overall. Not to mention free wifi! Good experience there.

The unit we got was spotless with the paintings os Singer Sargent, buffet breakfast plus good storage.

Facilities were modern, nonetheless Wi-Fi was terrible.

The location was great, close to train station and the interior design was modern. The room we had included an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk.

Nice grassy area, central location very close to both train station, excellent restaurants, and the grand canal and easy walking distance to sights. Pretty friendly staff with a smile.

Generous-sized units with a nice bathroom, a super king sized double bed, for example, and the staff were outstandingly accommodating.

Brilliant food for all meals. Airy room, extremely comfy bed and a contemporary decor. Fairly friendly staff with great local knowledge. Exceptional service during my fine stay. Particularly good spot close to vaparetto stop, and the grand canal, the position and the atmosphere.

We would go back in flash as the location was amazing. Thank you guys for a real good stay for two nights. And it's 15 km from Marco Polo airport.

We got classic double room and thoroughly enjoyed it. Our hotel was in a peaceful location by ferry. Bar Boresso located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Its location was central, a short walk from Mocenigo Palace. Our room was quiet and had an awesome view, really enjoyed it.

Caring personnel and unbeatable and peaceful location right at San Stae vaporetto stop. Nearby Piccolo Bar - great place to chill out. Good and excellent coffee and toast.

Clean place with AWESOME views and great and fab location near the waterbus stop. Welcoming staff and very very good breakfast with plenty of options. Modern interior, good size bathroom, luxurious room.

The breakfasts are efficient with meats and sweets and pork. Their rooms are always huge and new-fashioned with modern decoration and high ceiling plus a very well equipped bathroom.

We enjoyed the hotel and its amazing style. Touristic places like rialto bridge were adjacent to our venue. There was free WiFi at the hotel.
