The location was incredible, near a canal where a boat can drop you off when you arrive to Venice from the airport, the view was great, too. Besides, it was 4 km away from Staines Moor Country Park.

By and large, it was beautiful old and well-run place with exceptionally helpful staff at the reception desk. Had super central location in the morning because of the boats. Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 4 km away.

Everything was perfectly fine, convenient location close to the everything you need to see, the staff were competent. The view from family room was incredible. Loved the configuration of the big bathroom and there were a private safe, an air conditioning, and a minibar.

The restaurant was pleasant for breakfast, we ordered simple dishes. It was incredibly comfortable and had amazing street view.

The venue is fairly clean, with particularly good location near a day's sightseeing and Al Teatro restaurant/cafe. The breakfast is complimentary and generous, thoroughly enjoyed tea, slices of fresh bread, pastries, jam, and eggs. The rooms are spotless and nice styled with a quiet charm and chandeliers. Excellent service and the food is great!

We were in a particularly good and magnificent location adjacent to the city center, So close to San Marco and bars, restaurants, public transport. There was Ristorante Rosa Rossa an easy walk to the hotel. It was nice to have great tea, slices of fresh bread, pastries, jam, and eggs in the morning.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, fabulous food, amazing views. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was nice. The location was great and brilliant, relatively near an ornate footbridge.

Fully-equipped units with fridge, nice design, as for instance. Top and quiet location near to a Verdi's opera, the easiest public transport from train station, and the `` La Fenice '' theatre, fabulous food. A great selection of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Everything about this classy hotel was excellent. The room we booked was tastefully decorated and luxury with a beautiful view, a bath, as for instance as described. The location was great, for example, an ornate footbridge was just a short stroll away from the property.
