Ruzzini Palace Hotel

Whole place was reasonably clean with pleasant views; marvellous location to the Museum of Glass on Murano island. The room we booked was well-organised with a marvellous breakfast.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The property is high-class, it has top-class staff from behind the reception desk. The rooms are a nice size with comfortable beds and smoke detectors. Overall outstanding food, plus there is Mercat Bar close by.

Everything was excellent, exquisite service, excellent location right by the lively square, the airport, and the island of Murano. The outstandingly friendly staff provided all the necessary info. I had a nicely furnished king room with a great view of street. The continental breakfast was superb.

It has magnificent location and knowledgeable and diligent stuff from behind the reception desk. Btw, its set in Castello district just next door to a former palace as well as the square outside on Thursday night. The breakfast is large and the views of street are spectacular.

The location couldn't be more marvellous on a 'free' water taxi that turned out to be a ride to a high pressure sales showroom on Murano. We saw Scala Contarini del Bovolo, that's just a short stroll away from the venue. A queen room with a great view of StMark's Cathedral and the Campanile, had requested this in advance.

The staff was very professional all that time. The deluxe double room was brand-new with a fabulous view over the roofs of Venice onto San Marco, a terrace and mini bar. Overall the service was very good.

What's more, it was really close to a beautiful wooden water taxi, St Mark's Square and many other places of interest as well as several fine restaurants and water transport at the Rialto bridge.
