Every detail was perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The deluxe room was silent and updated with a wonderful view, so that guests had essentials. All of the staff were amicable and outstandingly accommodating.

Had the superior room which was new-fashioned with a welcoming prosecco bottle.

It had marvellous and lovely location close to Murano and glassworks, fantastic restaurants, and The Rialto Bridge and Piazzo San Marco. We booked a superior king room on a comfy large bed and truly enjoyed it.

Affable staff, great services, and amazing location so close to Rialto bridge and San Marco, Sam Marco's Square, and making for easy interchange. Excellent food for breakfast.

Wake-up service, available in my suite, was a nice bonus. The staff were efficient and gave me good recommendations.

The location was very central and minutes from monuments and a church. Btw, the airport was 15 km away. The superior king room I stayed in was exquisite with a comfortable bed.

Overall it was impressive and immaculate, with a marble bathroom. The staff were courteous and location was marvellous and unbeatable. The airport was 0.5 km away.

They gave a deluxe room with bathroom, great quality bedding, the most impressive Morano Glass chandeliers as we booked. The breakfast was gorgeous especially for a gluten free diet. The staff were excellent and best and took care of us.

In general the staff were professional and competent. The location was perfect, 15 km to Marco Polo airport, perfectly reachable. We dined at a lovely nearby restaurant with Italian dishes.

Everything was great, courteous staff, amazing location adjacent to an establishment, both st Mark's square and the rialto bridge and the Rialto bridge and 6 minuets from Sal Marco Square. Had immaculate room complete with a comfortable bed, bath, for example. Had delicious drinks in the piano bar.

Glad I took superior room, it was silent and spotless. Outstandingly accommodating and exceptionally kind staff provides a great service.

The location couldn't be more great and absolutely perfect in a quiet area. The breakfast was fantastic with British tastes, great coffee and prosecco, and also the staff were all outstandingly accommodating.

Gorgeous and fairly clean place offers great breakfast and fantastic location to absolutely everything. It has extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating staff and boasts particularly nice views of the canal. The piano bar is huge.

Refined furniture in the suite added to the cosiness. The bathroom was luxury, included a hairdryer, a bidet and bath robes. The breakfast was superb and excellent, I would love to go back.

The location of the hotel was perfect and excellent - at a medium distance from a grand showpiece square. Also, the area was shopping.

It was an exceptional hotel, no complaint, recommend. Stayed here for 3 nights with my family, had a really good stay. All members of the stuff where patient. The piano bar was pleasant and the drinks were complimentary.

Overall, its good home base for exploring Venice attractions. The venue has marvellous and top location between Rialto and San Marco.

It was really close to a lot restaurants, Venice, and all the modern conveniences, perfect location overall. The facilities were good too.

It has unbeatable location for visiting an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. The staff is accommodating, makes sure that the place is fairly clean.

Enjoyed this small hotel, and we will be back. It was in a very central setting to the restaurant ha ha ha. And it was also very close to the Rialto Bridge, Venice and the canal.

We had a nice 4-star experience here. Its location relatively near a cathedral church was marvellous. The restaurant was excellent for lunch, it had wonderful dishes.

Had a REALLY GOOD stay with suggestions and explanations for their many tourist guests, it met requirements. Everything was amazing, I appreciated my stay. The location was handy, for example, a byzantine shipyard was not too far away from the hotel.

We had 2 nights in Venice, spend our time here fantastically. Just a 5-minute stroll to the center. Had a fantastic experience staying at the superior double room.

staying within 10 minutes’ walk from rialto bridge was wonderful. morning meal food was complimentary. san polo district won't disappoint you.
