Clean and stylish place, above average breakfast with plenty of options. Brand-new, decent sized room with view over Rialto, a kettle, for example, and very amiable stuff. Efficient customer service provided. Central location next to Rialto bridge & market.

It was fairly clean and the staff were polite, beds were exceptionally comfortable. Enjoyed a balcony and coffee in the room.

It was a good base for summer holidays. Normal double and a decent size room with a fantastic view was enjoyable. The service provided there was good.

A bit small bathroom, far too small room; not very good view, didn't like it.

The room was brand-new and unique with necessary facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and exceptionally attentive, ready to any request.

It had perfect and excellent location, just next door to the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge, the Centre with wiev and waterbus stop.

Possibly the best and real good stay for 2 nights. Perfect and magnificent setting in the very lively area, just off the center and the view of the canal, the airport station and the train station, and the Grand canal & Rialto Bridge.

Good and incredible location when travelling to Venice. Good restaurant at a moderate distance from the hotel. Spotlessly clean building and rooms where the toilet would n't flush.

The place is pleasant and fairly clean. Very polite staff provides an excellent service. The location is marvellous, 15 km from the airport. And it's at a walking distance from downtown. Every time in Venice we stay in this hotel.

Stunning, amazing location in the busy area.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant for dinner.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were abrupt.

Brilliant very central location, just off the Venice canals and the main square and church. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a balcony, a writing table, and coffee in the room.

The service was good as we had expected. We greatly enjoyed the size of the room - fully renovated, plus it was fashionable. Its location in Venice was magnificent and particularly good, really close to water taxi, the gift shop and the Grand Canal in front and the Rialto bridge to the side.

Good service throughout stay. Spacious bedroom. Picturesque and hospitable place and stunning location close enough to restaurants, beside the Grande Canal, the piers for gondola rides, ferries and airport boat, and with restaurants.

Excellent and particularly good location, very lively area. Easy access to Marco Polo airport, within 15 km. Fully renovated & great modern rooms with a fantastic view.

The breakfast was above average and with pleasant waitress; the staff was helpful. The setting was magnificent, near bridge, the Rialto Bridge and the water taxi spot and San Marco, the amazing Rialto Bridge and key attractions first thing in the morning.

The property's location was perfect and excellent, in the centre of the city. And we were just off the waterfront of the Grand canal, famous Rialto bridge, and which is a must see tourist attraction of Venice.

Not very good views and Wi-Fi was bad.

The room was spacious, and we had a perfect view of the canal. It was very handy to have a microwave, a fridge, and kitchenware. The food was great and the location was amazing.

Because of a problem with the classic room I was upgraded and had well decorated room with king bed.

Loved my room, it was unique and brand-new with a fantastic view. The hotel was placed in the central location easy walk to main plaza & sightseeing. Besides, Doge's Palace was nearby.

The classic queen room I had was new-fashioned. The breakfasts where above average and savoury with champagne and all the goods, as for instance, couldn’t ask for anything better.

The room I booked was not cleaned sheets were dirty and available with a view over grand canale. The very central location and outstandingly accommodating and superbly friendly staff were the highlight of this unforgettable stay. And I appreciated the proximity to different shops and gift shops in Venice.

This was a real good stay for a short visit. The location was incredible - just next door to water transport and Rialto Bridge to the airport. Besides, it was easy to get to a wide canal.

This was a great and incredible location really close to the canals, the most iconic landmark of Venice, Rialto Bridge and airport. The breakfast was lovely with pleasant waitress and all the food was brilliant.

Not so good views.

My stay was WONDERFUL on vacation. The location was marvellous and fab - not far from the Rialto Bridge, Rialto ferry stop and a fantastic cafe with the most amazing sandwiches as well as the Theatre. It also was to st marco square the gondolas.

The views were not very good.

The staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout the day. The restaurant here was good for dinner, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes. View of sunsets was absolutely superb.

Some people working there were very unfriendly.

All in all everything was modern, had a really really nice stay for a short visit. I ate at a good restaurant for dinner. I greatly enjoyed both wake-up service and exceptionally comfortable bed.

Stylish and terrific accommodation with prime setting very close to Venice, the center of activity, and the Rialto bridge.

Overall had really nice stay on vacation. It was a good and fab location near the common areas, water bus stops and the primary tourist locations. There was an attached restaurant nearby. The breakfast was savoury and varied with a great selection of food.

Nicely decorated room, luxurious bathroom with a separate shower. The beds great. Good dishes, central location to the water buses & popular attractions. And short walk to Airport and train stations, front rialto bridge, rialto vaporato station and all water transport.

Quiet atmosphere, though some people working here are not so helpful. The hotel rooms are tidy with air conditioning, a fantastic view and chocolates. The venue provides a very good service.

We were in a marvellous and phenomenal location within walking distance of the Fondamenta Zattere. It was a nice area close to a boat dock. Tbh, had an excellent stay for 2 nights.

The location was brilliant, for example, Palazzo Grassi was within easy walking distance of the hotel. I liked that it was close to a boat dock. The staff was exceptional and delivered good service.

It had magnificent and best possible location with access to Riva del Ferro nearby. The service was very good, including an easy check-in.

Clean place accompanied by attentive staff. Wonderful and fabulous rooms with a safe box, a mini bar and central heating, comfy beds. Lots of food at breakfast, such as a cup of tea, pastries and fresh fruit. Best possible and brilliant location to explore Venice and very good service. Plus, walking distance to Riva del Ferro.

Not so helpful staff!

The location was stunning, you can visit Riva del Ferro by walking. Close to a boat dock, everything was perfect for us.

The breakfast I was offered was such poor, it could be much better.

Clean place, good service, amiable staff. Neat room & amazing views. Convenient design. Exceptionally comfortable bed & brilliant and awesome position just off Venice, water canal taxis and gondola rides and San Marco, the amazing Rialto Bridge and key attractions. Again, not far from St Mark's Clocktower.

Extremely poor breakfast.

Neat and compact room with a view as expected. Bonus point for a safe box, a mini bar and central heating. Marvellous location to a boat ferry stop, good for visiting Venice. Just off the gondolas on the Grand Canal, and the center.

Beds were very hard.

Every detail is very good, especially the staff and location. Don't forget to explore San Marco district. The attached restaurant in the hotel is good! It is undoubtedly a pleasant and comfy option when you are in Venice.

The bed was very hard here.

The location was marvellous, at a short distance from a wide canal. Pleasant and exceptional team, they made me feel welcome.

Make sure to get deluxe apartment with a fantastic view, chocolates plus the balcony. The location is unbeatable, 1 km from a style church.

Spend our time here greatly.

The hotel is quiet, everything is NICE, including staff and location. Only 10 min walk to downtown. It's a couple of blocks away Bar Rizzo with nice drinks and cocktails. Free WiFi worked.
