The breakfast was excellent and we greatly enjoyed the terrace where it was served. We booked a double room, it was luxurious and fairly quiet.

Caring staff and excellent location right by the very centre of Venice, St Mark's Square, La Fenice, Harry's Bar, the Contini Art Gallery, and the best places for shopping and wonderful Venice. A good choice of goodies for breakfast.

The venue is placed in a central position on the passing gondolas. The breakfast offers lots of pastries and cheese. Exceptional service and the food is fabulous.

The total stay was very special for 2 nights. The location was perfect, short walk to St Mark's Square, La Fenice, Harry's Bar, the Contini Art Gallery, and the best places for shopping, all the main tourist spots and the Grand Canal where the water taxis pull right up, in a fantastic area. A cathedral church was just outside the door.

In general, I greatly enjoyed my bright and luxurious room with a view.

The location is central, near the garden, beautiful communal areas and Venezia. The breakfast is excellent and delicious and pastries and cheese are outstanding.

The location was stunning - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel was set in a shopping area. The restaurant was good with amazing view and efficient staff, we tried awesome dishes. Had soft bed with the canal view.

the terrace had plenty of appetising meals for breakfast. the double room was luxurious and had a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioning and a personal safe.

The place was fairly clean with a helpful and top-class staff especially on the reception desk. My room was top-notch and had a terrace and climate control. The location was unbeatable for walking around a historic bridge. There was a good restaurant not very far from the hotel. It was about 15 km from the airport.

It was in a central location, right next to St Mark's square. Enjoyed that it was set just next door to the gondolas and near the main boat services, all attractions and shopping area, and the river. The room was incredibly comfortable and very pretty and the view on the streets instead of the sea was AWESOME.

Liked my wonderful stay for 2 nights. The room was big size with a view, had essentials required. The location was great and incredible - ease of access to a historic bridge. It was located in a shopping area adjacent to Murano and Burano as well as Santa Maria delle Salute church.

The breakfast had lots of options and included pastries and cheese. We had double room with a balcony and Venetian furniture plus tea.

It has marvellous and incredible location for visiting a grand showpiece square.

our kudos go to concierge for the hospitality! furthermore, free wi fi - was a nice touch. don't forget to dine at la caravella, it's within 5 minutes walk or so, we truly enjoyed it.

There were beautiful tourist spots right by this hotel, for example teatro fenice. Giudecca district won't disappoint you...
