Superb breakfast, air conditioned rooms with perfect beds. Particularly good, incredible location easy to get to a Vapooreto stop.

View of the garden was awesome, the room was well cleaned and elegant. The bed was soft, like a cloud. The hotel was in the secluded setting in the Dorsoduro area. It was away from hustle and bustle.

The location of this beautiful small and unique hotel was amazing, close enough to walk to everything. Spent our evenings in nearby Mercat Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere. Our room was good-sized and air conditioned with a view of the garden, liked having access to wake-up service.

As for me, the location was fantastic, just off a lovely garden and most helpful and friendly staff and ciccheti bars. Also, the hotel was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from The Shambles. Had a mini-fridge-bar, a kettle, and an individual safe in my romantic room. The breakfast was plentiful and comprehensive with a huge variety of meals.

Absolutely fantastic and fairly quiet rooms with soft beds, a storage space and a sitting area. Fascinating view from balcony of garden. Simple check-in, parking outside. Personable and obliging staff in the whole hotel.

The location on the early taxi was wonderful and stunning. There were an air conditioning, a kettle, and an individual safe in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The staff has always been extremely friendly, and the facilities were reasonably good.

It was immaculately clean, staff was especially helpful and patient. The room was well-equipped and nicely decorated with a view, we had a good rest. The service here was very good.

There where a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card in the rooms, which made them elegant. It was in a marvellous and amazing location very close to the Accademia water bus station/bridge, the Canal Grande's and the airport.

The service offered was very good, the room was well-equipped with the garden as well as a unique character. The location turned out to be perfect and comfortable, not far from Peggy Guggenheim Collection, a large and beautiful garden surrounding two old buildings and many good restaurants on the Dorsoduro.

Got elegant room with fascinating views of the garden and a minibar, central heating, and an electronic key card. Freshly made and brilliant meals. A good area, marvellous and amazing location right by very close to the major museum as well as the lovely garden area.

Sincerely, it was a great stay of a Venetian vacation. The breakfast was very good with many options, the staff was very obliging. Marvellous and particularly good location between 2 boat stops was a plus.

The venue is overall clean and spacious with extremely friendly and amicable staff members. Good-sized room, shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet in the room. Good restaurant and exceptional service.

I was offered a plentiful breakfast with many options. Its location in Venice was perfect, adjacent to the vaporetto stop and Gallerie dell'Accademia, Right near the Grand Canal, and smaller canals on 2 sides. Dorsoduro district was worth staying in.

Wi-Fi connection was slow tbh and there was a little hard bed in my room.

I had a generous breakfast with view of the canal, yogurt and fruit in the patio. The location was exceptionally nice and ideal and the staff members were friendly efficient.

The location was wonderful, you can visit a public museum by walking. The breakfast deal was comprehensive with cheese, scrambled eggs plus options for everyone. Overall the service was exceptional.

Garden view was magnificent and the location was amazing and incredible, just next door to the Accademia vaporetto stop as well as several good, reasonably priced restaurants. The breakfast was plentiful, it offered variety of brilliant food.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location right by Pensione Accademia, all the popular sights and San Marco. Dorsoduro district was definitely worth visiting.

A wide range of brilliant food at breakfast time. Air conditioned, great-sized room with the bathroom, large windows plus a magnificent view wonderful! Comfortable location in very very nice area, near to Dorsoduro, near many major attractions and 3 important water bus stops and the key bridges over the Grand Canal. My guest room was fancy, had a soft bed. The breakfast was incredible and very good and there was plenty of freshly made food. The location was marvellous - ease of access to Academy Gallery.

The entire staff were incredibly kind. We got an economy room, it was exquisite. The service was terrific, the food was fresh.
