Fantastic and absolutely amazing folks in reception desk and breakfast.

Ideal hotel, immaculately clean, with caring and very amiable staff in reception desk and breakfast. Comfortable beds in our classic room.

Recently refurbished hotel, it offers good services and handy location just next door to Close to railway station, and the public transport to the airport. The staff are fabulously helpful and caring, managed the parking onsite.

Enjoyed to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and wonderful, the location was great to the Airport Bus terminal at Piazza Roma. I got an incredible breakfast with yoghurt and prosciutto and cheese.

The continental breakfast was incredible and satisfactory with coffee machine and ham/cheese, as for instance. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect: a main shopping street and shopping streets where within walking distance.

Gorgeous and pretty standard place with particularly helpful staff and magnificent location to the train station or water bus station. Savoury and incredible breakfast to start the day, fine food.

The stuff was helpful with requests.

The hotel was exceptionally friendly and convenient with marvellous employees in reception desk and breakfast. There was variety of decent meals. The property's position was brilliant and awesome next to pubs and cafes.

Savoury and fantastic breakfast with variety of nice foods. In a central location with restaurants and bars close to the hotel.

Had a pleasant stay for two nights, everything was nice. The location was absolutely perfect as for me, adjacent to the main tourist area and restaurtants and bus / rail station. Cannaregio district was worth exploring.

Some people working there were absolutely rude.

The classic queen room is air-conditioned and has an air conditioning, a work desk, and a TV.

They serve incredible breakfasts for all tastes with ham and fresh fruit.

Absolutely perfect and nice location close to vaparetto stop and easy access to a main shopping street and shopping streets. Savoury and fantastic breakfast with croissants and yoghurt and ham/cheese - well worth the money.

I appreciated the room for the bags to be rummaged through for change of clothes, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Its decor was convenient.

We really enjoyed this place. Everything was fine, and it had excellent wi-fi. The services were good. Could use their great parking.

Magnificent and perfect location in a shopping area short walk to the rail stations and the bus stations, the 4 main bridges and the Santa Lucia train station. Irish bar in the hotel.

Pleasant overall experience. Hotel was immaculately clean and recently renovated with attentive staff and ideal location on water front. Savoury and very good breakfasts, with yoghurt and croissants, as example. Warm drinks at Irish bar, good service.

We were in Venice for 1 day, had such great stay, the hotel was fairly clean with great location in an alley.

Newly remodelled hotel with good food and excellent location very close to train station, ferry and grand canal, a lot of bars and pubs around the connor and an alleyway opposite the Rialto Bridge: D

Very small bathroom.

It was brand-new, reasonably large and with a new bathroom which was nice. Savoury breakfast, the food was decent.

A classic room has basic facilities you need.

The venue was in a central location right by the vaporatti stop at the Grand Canal.

The hotel was recently refurbished, had lovely views and handy location next to excellent restaurants, train station, bus terminal and city car rentals, and all bars, restaurants and The Grand central canal.

It's overall clean very good budget hotel with caring staff and a handy location.

The stay here was really great for 3 nights. Reasonably spacious units with a double bed and all the necessary toiletries plus bath, and the staff were welcoming. The location was in a great and lovely spot for our trip.

All in all, it's recently renovated place that has caring and attentive staff in reception desk and breakfast. The breakfast is savoury, and the location is unbeatable right by the Rialto Bridge, the Piazza San Marco and the train station shops and restaurants.

Beautifuly designed and extremely convenient accommodation with magnificent setting so close to the train station and bus stop, Very close to train and all bars, restaurants and The Grand central canal. Fine food and hot drinks.

the food was brilliant, i enjoyed the continental breakfast. the location was marvellous and brilliant, not too far from a wide canal.

I loved 3 nights in this property. Recently renovated hotel, breakfast each day was absolutely fantastic and the location to boats was ideal! The units were air-conditioned and the staff were caring and attentive people in reception desk and breakfast.

The place was little and had very polite staff in reception desk and breakfast, appreciated the stay. Location: the hotel was close enough to Venice in August, and the bridge in the district of Ferrovia.

My guest room was air-conditioned and cool. The location was marvellous, the staff were attentive. Didn't like when it was rainy outside, went to Relax & Caffe to relax and grab some food...

The hotel was recently refurbished and the staff was attentive, it had excellent location close to vaparetto stop. Location: the venue was so close to the bus station and the rail station, vaporetto and nice restaurants and the train station and a main boat terminal. We had lunch in Relax & Caffe, placed close by.

The location was central, COOL right on top of a seafood restaurant.

Overall clean hotel, decent employees in reception desk and breakfast. Central location down an alleyway. Not far from the train station, St Mark's Square, Lido or Murano and Venice.

It was a pleasant stay for a night. The location was marvellous and best possible, not too far from a main street. Tourist attractions like a main street and a church were minutes from the hotel.

10 min walk to the heart of Venice. Nice restaurants and cafes not far from the venue. It is surely good value...

It was worth its 2 stars. So glad we choose it, it's lovely place for staying in Venice. Triple room had satellite TV and a writing desk, everything worked for us. Moreover, it had free Wi Fi throughout the property.
