The rooms were bright with a full or queen bed, the staff were affable. The location was excellent, so close to good restaurants, the most enjoyable neighbourhoods and the San Basilio water taxi and ferry terminal. Dorsoduro district was worth visiting.

Clean and charming place and the breakfast was great. The double room was airy and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It included a mini bar, central heating, and an electronic key card, and the design itself was nice. The location of the hotel was excellent, to islands in the lagoon. I tried some drinks at grill bar Century, located 10 minutes walk away.

They have wheelchair accessible rooms with garden, AC, as example and care about everyone. All in all they offer helpful service. The staff is exceptional, welcoming.

Everything was simply modern. Liked every detail about my excellent 4 nights stay here. The location was excellent and stunning, you can visit Zattere by walking. It was a fairly quiet area, a comfortable base for me.

The room was brilliant and with a safe, a minibar and central heating at your disposal, MAGNIFICENT view. Interior was nice. The location was marvellous, for example, Museum Shop was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

We loved staying 4 nights here. All in all, it was comfortable base for travelling to Venice. We had an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment, and TV in the suite. The most important was the staff - efficient and courteous people. The airport was 15 km away.

A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like osteria da codroma that was only 10 minutes' walk away. 4-star hotel in Venice.
