Perfect little place with helpful staff, everything was good.

The location was stunning to the square of San.

Everything was great in this absolutely fantastic hotel. Cheap and big size units with private bath, nice employees. Minimalistic decor. Amazing setting, very close to all major attractions can be seen easily. Plus, not too far from The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

Had marvellous location back to San Marco airport, minutes from Bessborough Gardens. The bedroom was cheap and immaculate.

Extremely spacious hotel unit with the terrace. Incredible, particularly good location near restaurants and fabulous gelaterie and the main square, the Rialto Bridge, restaurants, water taxis. Again, not far from Sainsbury's.

The hotel's position was good and amazing minutes away from restaurants and cafes. The breakfast had plenty of options: tea and jam.

The breakfast was adequate and offered coffee and jam. The staff were cooperative and the setting was excellent and absolutely perfect. The hotel was in a very nice area.

Overall it was cheap and big, with an internal bathroom. The hotel was placed in the very central location near all the main attractions. Castello district was worth staying in.

There were air-conditioned, reasonably large rooms with a bathroom. Had excellent location near to the boat station.

The location for Venice was marvellous, so close to venice at 10am, the vaporetto to Ponte di Rialto-it's a short walk from there and the centre of the city.

My good little room came with private bathroom as well as zero decor. In general the staff were very very helpful and gentle.

It had a great and incredible location right by everything, the water taxis, restaurants, the Rialto bridge, center of Venice and Piazza San Marco. The room was tidy with the terrace and the overall experience was great.

Gorgeous hotel, memorable views and location is wonderful just off the centre, and the restaurant. The room is reasonably large and air-conditioned with minimalistic decor.

Had a very enjoyable stay for 3 nights, and would stay here again. My room was well-kept thanks to the excellent co-operating staff. The room for the value. The location was absolutely perfect: a shopping street and a supermarket were within walking distance. Enjoyed the nearby Marmi's Cafe, they had my favourite coffee. Btw, the airport was 15 km away.

This accommodation had a very central setting to Marcus' square. The room was cheap and neat with private bathroom, we greatly enjoyed it.

The hotel boasts very central location near to the boat station. The stuff has always been nice. The units are extremely spacious and cheap with private bathroom.

The property is fairly clean; large and freshly decorated rooms; very clean bed. It has good and fantastic location minutes away from San Lio. The hotel is close to the very very nice area and it's minutes away from restaurants and cafes. The staff are superfriendly and amicable as well as the owner. The breakfast is adequate, loved tea and jam.

The rooms were reasonably spacious and cheap and the bed was very comfy.

Every time in Venice, I choose this place. It has incredible and wonderful location except maybe in the breakfast area. The Irish bar is a nice plus.

The whole experience was nice! Everything there was good and the staff were amiable. The location was amazing, for example, a grand showpiece square was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. Having different cool drinks in the Irish bar was a very nice touch.

Overall had really lovely stay on vacation. Tried fab coffee and jam. It had good and stunning location right by the quite canals, the main square and Rialto.

The breakfast was adequate and you could try tea and jam etc. All rooms were great little and air conditioned. The location was excellent for walking around an ornate footbridge.

The accommodation was MODERN with extremely great staff. Great and incredible location, 10 minutes' walk to an ornate footbridge. Found in the good area not far from the water taxis, restaurants, the Rialto bridge, the boat station, and the Rialto bridge and the water bus stop. My favourite property in Venice.

Cheap and immaculate unit with a minimalistic decor...

We where given a perfect and immaculate room with private bathroom, comfortable bed and free WiFi. It had central location close to San Lio.

The weather was warm, had very pleasant stay for 3 nights. The breakfast had plenty of great food and drinks. The location seemed magnificent and wonderful right in the centre of the city. The place was steps away from Ristorante Alle Corone, where you can have dinner. Everything was simply perfect.

the hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a very nice area, adjacent to a cafe and a church as well as restaurants. we had a perfect and cheap room with good beds. the breakfast was adequate with options for any taste.

The total stay was very enjoyable for 3 nights. My guest room was air conditioned and had basic facilities needed. The view was memorable and the bed was comfortable. The location was fab, just a short walk away from Natural History Museum.

The location of the hotel was incredible - not too far from Doge's Palace. Loved the small king room and the way it was setup.
