The place was fairly clean with amicable stuff members. The hotel was in the central setting in close walking distance to all the major sites. The breakfast served was great.

Its unbeatable, central location was a plus. We spent 1 night in nicely decorated and well-equipped room where the kids are.

Huge, brand-new units provided with the kids are as well as drinks.

Everything was great and the rooms were reasonably spacious. The daily service was excellent. Besides, we parked opposite the hotel. The location was amazing close to top sites, a 4-6 minute walking distance from Cannaregio.

The hotel has a great location, within short walking distance to a landmark bridge. It's walk from a train station, we could easily travel around.

We stayed here for trip, everything was good and it was in the great and nice location in the nearest supermarket. The staff were helpful and extremely friendly, gave us great tips. Our room was modern and brand-new with the kids are and drinks and met required needs. The provided service was attentive. Overall appreciated our stay and can recommend.

I got double room for 2 nights with the kids are and drinks, loved it. A hairdryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower were a plus.

The location in a lovely area was great and amazing and there were supermarkets and shops nearby. There was wine bar Al Prosecco, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. The rooms were beautiful and outstanding, had smoke detectors for safety.

The location was marvellous, in the nearest supermarket with easy access to shops and supermarkets. Santa Croce district was worth visiting.

the hotel and economy double room were very clean. it's a short walk to osteria da filo, good for a little drink.

The breakfast we ordered was terrible.
