The setting was incredible, near train/bus station, the beautiful garden, and water taxi's.

The units are outstanding, tastefully decorated in a ' indoor garden. The hotel offers plenty of food that was local.

It is a lovely welcoming and stunningly beautiful property located in Cannaregio district so close to good restaurants as well as train station, bus stop or to ferry stop. The units are nicely furnished where breakfast are served.

The hotel is intimate with a nice interior and a quiet atmosphere. The breakfast is good with a great selection of dishes. The location is unbeatable, close enough to the train station and the grand canal, Piazza San Marco and surrounding areas, and Grand Canal waterbus stop and railway station. Cannaregio district is worth looking into.

My experience at this charming small and intimate hotel was nice. The breakfast was satisfactory, a great selection of food. The location was good, in the outdoor * covered * garden, in the very very nice area. Also, it was 5 km from Colnbrook West. I did not want to leave there, so recommend this property.

The location excellent for Cannaregio district, it is just off railway station in the quite street and the waterbus.

The hotel was beautiful little, greatly enjoyed street view from our superior double room. The location was top, not far from the Rialto Bridge in 25 minutes and the train station, plaza Roma and water bus station. It also was very close to the market & eating joints.

Enjoyed our stay, had great 3 days overall. They gave a superior queen room with bathroom, the Venetian style, AC as we booked. The staff were affable, accommodating. The vibe here was quiet! Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.
