Very very good building and a nice size and well-kept rooms with great views. Convenient and unbeatable location for visiting restaurants and bars. Savoury and good food for breakfast.

In overall, the place is modern, has gentle and efficient staff at reception desk. The location is wonderful, very close to the main station where you have all the connections to commute via waterbus. And it's nestled in a truly great building just off the centre of the tourist district as well as public transport. The self-serve bar makes the complimentary drinks.

There is mould in some places.

Marvellous and excellent location, easy to find-6 minutes walk from Rome square where you can catch a bus to the airport. And close to Campo Santa Margherita and the bus stations and the train stations. Delicious and outstanding food.

The suite was modern and stylish with february sunshine, so that guests had essentials. Everywhere there was clean, the stuff were pleasant and consistently courteous people from the porter to the manager.

The stay was excellent. I loved how the hotel looked, pleasant place. The venue was in a central location adjacent to Venice, the center and Dorsoduro, which is surrounded by nice spots and many bars and restaurants. Dorsoduro district was worth exploring. The bar was pretty great.
