Very nice stay, as always. Little and simple accommodation with perfect setting near to the Grand Canal, main railway station and bus terminal Rialto Bridge and markets, and the train station and public transport links.

particularly good and excellent location really close to public transport, the train/bus station and the garden in which the breakfast was served, a minute walk from a wide canal. also, to the grand canal. beautifully decorated and adequate rooms with facilities like central heating, multi-channel television and a study table. comfortable bed and very welcoming and pleasant staff.

Quaint hotel located in a very nice area very close to the train station, the garden in which the breakfast was served, and Venice. Central heating, a work desk and television available in the suite. Clean bathroom with a bidet.

Straightforward and clean place, nice view to the garden in which the breakfast was served. Really helpful and affable staff, adequate double room. Fairly clean bathrooms. Strategic and unbeatable location in Venice, really close to the vaporetto station Riva de Basio and the train station, Venice itself, close to the Santa Lucia train station and tourist attractions...
