We had a large bedroom. The pretty friendly and very attentive staff made a good impression.

It was a NICE stay on our entire European vacation, would recommend this place.

The hotel was beautifully restored and perfect and placed in an elegant-style building. Staff were really helpful and outstandingly accommodating. The wonderful location was an easy walk to Sainsbury's. The property itself was in a central area. It had nice restaurant.

Marvellous location, we were next to New Murano Gallery and the main Island. Got the same family room booked online with private balcony, windows facing channel plus nice view.

The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating at all times. The location in a busy area was great and lovely and there were shopping streets and boutiques nearby. Everything was great and within 20 minutes' drive of Marco Polo airport.

Asked for double room and it was large with windows facing channel. Enjoyed that we had central heating, iron and ironing board, and a work desk.

The family room with nice view had basic facilities you need.

Wonderful hotel with great wi-fi, the location was amazing in a quiet square. The room was updated, had well equipped bathroom and absolutely fabulous views to enjoy.

The location was great, for example, a grand showpiece square was just a short stroll away from the hotel. The area was fairly nice not far from San Marco water bus stop, the centre of Venetia and Marcus square. I enjoyed the room, it was very pretty and absolutely fantastic with comfortable bed as well as windows facing channel.

Its location around 4-6 minutes' walk from St Mark's Basilica was great and awesome. The hotel itself was in a fairly nice area, close enough to the most of the trips to Burano and Murano, and Murano island.

Came here for 2 nights with my family, everything was awesome. Loved the way my quiet and elegant family room with windows facing channel was arranged. The hotel was in a stunning location, right in the center.

The room was very pretty, it had shower facilities, a hair dryer, and a bidet. Have stayed here many times and would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was awesome here, and the views were fabulous. The location was amazing, metres from an art gallery. Besides, it was adjacent to rialto bridge and san marco square, and many attractions👌👍

It's a perfect brand-new hotel with great and incredible location in San Marco district so close to the canal, a center and the centre of Venice.

Fairly clean place with canal views and kind staff. Great and awesome location for our visit to a grand showpiece square at a short distance from the hotel. Set near to the Murano gallery as well as the canal in the fairly nice area. Totally incredible stay on our entire European vacation.

The venue's position was very central. Boutiques and a supermarket were right next door. I was happy, the double room I booked came with a unique design, windows facing channel, the terrace.

The location was marvellous and brilliant, not too far from V-a-c Foundation. The staff were welcoming, doing great job.

My room included a mini bar, central heating and an iron. It was with a bidet. The staff was kind at all levels. The accommodation had a very central location to St Mark's square. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby B Bar Lounge.

The location is marvellous, 15 minutes' walk to a public museum. The hotel is set in a crowded area with views of river...
