The room was beautiful, it came with tea and a bath.

Everything was very good, breakfast was freshly prepared. The superior room was spotless and neat. It included a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating, and the bed was comfortable. The location was decent and relatively quiet, in a quieter area with a number of good restaurants nearby!

Really enjoyed Venice, the hotel was well-run and extremely convenient quite near a Veporetto stop Ca' Rezonnico from which there was also a convenient Alilaguna boat connection to the airport. Savoury and freshly prepared breakfast with pancakes, and the staff was wonderfully helpful. Had a PEACEFUL time.

The hotel itself was clean and luxurious. The location was particularly good, specially it was not far from a gondola station which was useful. There was a good restaurant, a supermarket and shops next door.

Quiet little hotel located very close to a really pretty canal, bars, restaurants and the main attractions in Venice and the Rialto, Accademia or St Marks. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.

Nearby Osteria ai Pugni - great place to chill out.

Enjoyed this very peaceful stay for two nights. Besides, the location was decent and relatively quiet for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Doge's Palace. Restaurants and bars were located short walk from the hotel. The breakfast was savoury and fresh, with a wide array of food options.
