It was brand-new, decent size and with a single bed. The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was great.

It was fairly clean and the staff were excellent and exceptionally kind, beds were very comfy. My double room was freshly renovated, functional. Had a comfortable stay of 4 nights and will choose the place for future trips.

Quirky and functional accommodation with excellent staff at reception desk. In the very heart of Venice, very central location. Positioned in the lovely quiet area, near both Rialto Bridge, the Metro and cafe's and supermarket and centre.

The property is great and the staff is nice. The units are luxury, bright with good breakfast, fridge plus good sized TV.

Reasonably priced and excellent value hotel with delightfully helpful staff at the reception desk, everything was fine. The venue was in a central location next to stop San Samuel Take a left from San Samuel stop. Places like a quaint bookshop were not very far from from here too.

Actually, the room was huge with ample breakfast. The location was marvellous, near to accademia! Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The Cask Pub & Kitchen.

The location walk from a ferry port was great and fab. The hotel was set in a good area. The breakfast was good value for money and available with perfect coffee and sweet croissants, for example, the staff were informative.

I spend 3 nights in Venice lovely. The staff were wonderfully helpful, the room was great value and extremely pleasant with tablets and blankets in the wardrobe. I truly enjoyed good value for money and substantial breakfast selection. The location of the hotel was central, just off Rialto, the historical sights and the Opera House. In Trattoria da Fiore you could have Italian meals.

The location of the hotel was incredible, near the ferry stop Accademia. We enjoyed breakfast that was included.

All in all everything was great, had an awesome stay for three nights. The staff members were all NICE and courteous. The single room I got was luxury. I enjoyed the hotel!

Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to leave, I would like to stay longer. It was clean place, staff were fairly friendly, and I loved my freshly renovated room. The location was good in the very heart of Venice. I found Osteria al Squero offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. The breakfast was great value for money and substantial with perfect coffee and reasonably priced.

The location was excellent and unbeatable, and we could reach Academy Bridge by walking.

Great and charming place with nice employees at the reception desk. Brilliant, amazing location close to Piazza San Marco. Situated only 1 km from a picture gallery. Incredibly comfortable room, a shower, a hairdryer and fresh towels in the room. Good value for money and substantial breakfast, plenty of meals.

They provided a good choice of great choices for breakfast that was included. The hotel had a central setting close to a Vaporetto stop. What's more, it was near to Campo Santo Stefano, Rialto or San Marco and the garden area during breakfast.

Everything was very good, excellent staff, amazing location near to Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square, Close to the vaporetto station and the bridges. The hotel rooms were decent size and freshly renovated with a view, reasonably priced. I had breakfast in the dining room and everything was great. The property was in the very heart of the city. San Marco district was worth staying in. Would recomand this place and will be back.

Quaint hotel in a very nice area short walk to Venice was having a public transport strike and the Saint Marco island in Venice. Very impressed with twin/double room. Quiet bedrooms with comfortable beds. Magnificent location in the town, close to tourist attractions. Again, not far from a baroque church. Pleasant overall experience.

Overall clean and simple place. Efficient employees at the reception desk, spotless and compact room. Lots of different restaurants and bars to eat outside the hotel.

Planned to see Venice major attractions and it was useful base for visiting all of them. They had an easy check-in.
