We had a large bedroom. The staff was very sympathetic and efficient when needed. The private parking was on site, welcoming service. The venue was set in the very central position just off water taxis, st marks square, restaurants and many other places of interest, and the restaurants, shops, and sights.

Famous area, very central location short walk to near StMark's Square, the centre and shops cathedral. Reasonable and fine breakfast with good coffee and an atmosphere of coziness and friendly service.

We were given a deluxe queen room upon arrival. There was a brand new bathroom with a hairdryer, a bidet, and bath sheets. This accommodation had a central setting near the waterbus stop. And it was also so close to the restaurant for dinner, a quiet canal, 5 to 10 minute walk from St Marks Square and an old Venetian palace.

Perfectly clean venue with particularly good location to the airport via the water. Extremely comfy bed, luxury bathroom and coffee/tea making machines, a multi-channel TV, and a writing table in the room. Lovely view of inner courtyard from the window. Very sympathetic and efficient staff and altogether a really nice experience.

Peaceful area, exceptionally nice location, next to the waterside, shops cathedral and St Mark's Square.

The room was a nice size and the amenities included an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and an individual safe. It included a comfortable bed and a separate bathroom. Had central location close to Zacharia stop on the public water taxi.

The hotel was situated in the very central location to touristy sites.

Possibly the best and decent stay on ur vacation. Luxury & perfect unit with an amazing venetian painted ceiling. Reasonable and particularly nice breakfast for value, nice staff. A very central location, not far from a cathedral and a palace. At 0.5 km distance from the airport.

We had a classic queen room, which was updated and huge. The staff were all fantastic friendly and efficient, which was unquestionably a plus. Our hotel was in an incredible and beautiful location to the train station or direct to the airport.

Fairly clean place and fantastic service. Very central location - not far from a cathedral and a palace. Nestled not far from bars and restaurants. Lots of reasonably priced food for meals.

Wake-up service, available in my exclusive queen room, was a nice bonus. There was a stunningly beautiful view of canal. Had peaceful and ideal location close to st Mark's square, minutes from Sainsbury's. And it was also very close to a canal where gondolas glide past, the restaurants, shops, and sights and water taxis.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, you can visit Riva degli Schiavoni by walking. The classic king room I got was updated. Btw, it was overlooking courtyard.

Every time we stay in Venice, like to stay here. It has both very sympathetic and gentle staff. All in all they offer welcoming service. Guests can get extra blankets too. The venue is placed in a very central position by the canal.

Our exclusive queen room was romantic with a good bathroom. The breakfast was reasonable and for value. Its location minutes from restaurants and bars was perfect and peaceful. Had nice dainties at Cafe San Rocco, located minutes from the hotel.

This was a decent stay on ur vacation. The location was marvellous for us - not far from bars and restaurants. A cathedral and a palace were not far from the building. What a kind staff, they gave us a luxury room with a big bed, a GOOD bathroom and all the amenities.

The local staff was efficient. The location was magnificent and lovely, you can visit a gothic-renaissance church by walking. The hotel was off the beaten track, as I expected.

We had a really really nice stay and recommend it to all. Everything was excellent, but we stayed for 3 nights only. Inner courtyard view was lovely, the room was modern and nicely updated. The breakfast was incredibly nice and fine, coffee and fruit are offered.

The location was unbeatable and incredible, only 5 minutes walk to a Gothic church. My room was neat with an incredible view of courtyard.

Luxurious bathrooms. We could have lunch in Luna Sentada set within 200 feet. It made our trip to Venice a great experience
