Overall it was big size, with an own bathroom. The location turned out to be marvellous and incredible, so close to a great cheap cafe to have breakfast, and the Academia. From the moment we arrived the very kind staff made us feel welcomed.

The location was excellent and incredible and I could use public parking nearby. The staff was genuinely helpful providing assistance. The double room was spotless, new-fashioned, with a clean bathroom.

Everything is good here, had an AMAZING stay for such a nice vacation. Amazing location close to public water taxi and Campo San Stefano, it's very central.

I liked the location that was central and near both San Marco and the Rialto bridge, central Venice, and Rialto Bridge and St Mark's square. The workers were responsive and highly professional. I had a spacious bedroom.

I ate at a good restaurant with its incoming Michelin Star. The bed was very clean, I also had an electronic key card, a coffee/tea maker, and TV. The location in a very very nice area was amazing and beautiful.

The venue was set in the very central position near to good, local restaurants, and Venice. San Marco district was worth exploring.

quiet hotel, perfect location. we stayed in an apartment with heating, a safe and ironing facilities. just a 5-minute stroll to the center.

We would not hesitate to return there as the hotel met all requests. The location is fantastic and the rooms are air-conditioned. Located in a busy area, within a walking distance of many landmarks of Venice. What's more, we appreciated spending time by the lake, located 700 feet of the venue.
