Had wonderful stay for a romantic visit with extremely friendly staff and fantastic location to the greeting area. This hotel met requests in every way, can just recommend.

Helpful and incredibly attentive staff and attention to detail. Decent food in the terrace for breakfast with the great view.

The units are nicely decorated and well-equipped with a double bed. The breakfast is rich, and the location is perfect near to the sightseeing areas, San Marco square and many restaurants, and everything-Hard Rock Cafe.

Welcoming service, fantastic location so close to everything you want to do. Again, not far from a private sporting club.

The staff were efficient and very flexible day and night. The room was well furnished, with a view over street.

The staff were incredibly nice, the breakfast was wonderful and everything was good. Very central location of this secured hotel was a bonus. It was across the great area. I went to a really nice restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the Italian dishes.

Overall it was great-sized and fashionable, with an own bathroom. All the staff were excellent.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, though everything was excellent. Comforts of family room for our four kids were fabulous. Its staff was extremely friendly and excellent. The location of the hotel was amazing - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Liverpool Central Library. The restaurant was very nice with delicious food.

The location was amazing, within easy walking distance of a museum gallery. It was located in a nice area not far from Locanda Antica Venezia, San Marco square, shops, restaurants and St Marco square. The breakfast was scrumptious and delicious and the view was delightful.

The place was original and modern and the staff were amazingly nice, the location was incredible really close to everything. The breakfast was astonishing and had a wide range of food. The total experience was such great, I would recommend.

The property was in the middle of the city. Btw, the airport was 15 km away. Everyone from the staff was courteous. I ordered a continental breakfast, it was rich!

a minibar, a flat-screen tv with cable channels and ironing facilities were available in our triple room. 5 mins walk to the center. plus, it's 300 feet of the lake.

Walking distance to the ghetto. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Bistrot de Venise that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The staff was friendly and that's why we do recommend it. A good breakfast. Great location right by main Venice attractions.
