Incredible and amazing location very close to all the major attractions, good facilities.

We were given a guest room where smaller than suggested in photos upon arrival. It was based in perfect building in a marvellous location, in a square.

Some of the staff were not particularly welcoming.

Quiet ambiance, marvellous and incredible location. Set in a calm area not far from public transport and both Grand Canal.

The room was great-sized and with a personal safe, an air conditioning, and a mini-bar at your disposal, lovely view. Central location of this lovely central hotel was a bonus. The property was set in a peaceful area. Food was excellent and brilliant; the staff were exceptionally friendly.

I really enjoyed the room with twin beds for the kids, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Great place to stay, it was clean and quirky. The staff I encountered were service-oriented and competent. Comfortable bed made my room beautifully decorated. And there was a stunning view over city. The service was exceptional. The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location close to Piazza San Marco, the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square and supermarket.

Air conditioner, a personal safe, and a mini-bar in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Lovely view over city. Location - particularly good, adjacent to tourist areas, the lagoon, and a pleasant and quiet square away from the main chaos.

My superior double room was fantastic with a spa bath. The location of this hotel was marvellous. I greatly enjoyed the proximity to a market and a bakery in Venice. The restaurant was pleasant and my meal was brilliant.

The property is fairly clean; luxurious rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff are perfectly fine, giving their best to make the stay a such great experience. It has great and fantastic location to famous sites, in a fairly quiet area. They serve excellent food, have lots of options to choose from. The hotel provides an excellent service. Every time in Venice, I choose this place.

Really noisy area.

The hotel had a wonderful location just next door to Teatro Malibran. A market and a bakery were right next door. I had a reasonably spacious and luxurious room with outstanding views, airconditioning, for example.

The room was splendid and fantastic, at least for me. The location in a peaceful area was great and fantastic and there were a market and a bakery nearby. Everything was good and within 20 minutes' drive of Marco Polo airport.

I spend 1 night in Venice lovely. Actually, the room was quiet where smaller than suggested in photos, it also had wake-up service. The food provided was brilliant. The hotel had a very central setting near the Rialto bridge. Plus, it was close to both Grand Canal and the north side waterways, Venice, and the major attractions.
