The hotel was first-rate and impeccably clean with superb views over the garden. The breakfast was large and rich especially eggs and pastries they served were outstanding. Ideal location and thoughtful staff were a definite plus.

There was a great selection of outstanding meals. We ate at a fabulous restaurant for dinner. The location was tranquil and the staff was reasonably good during the whole stay! The airport was 15 km away.

Everything was very good from the first-class service to the fabulous food. Its location not very far from Campo del Ghetto was unbeatable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was panoramic and had a superb view. The staff were hospitable and had a sense of humour.

It is a romantic place - 15 minutes' walk to the downtown. The building is very comfortable and the rooms are romantic with a view over the garden. The location is magnificent, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

I had air conditioned superior room with rollaway beds, a 30 minute breakfast plus a nice loft upstairs where the bed is. The hotel had indeed a quiet location to the San Marco shopping area.

Overall it was a lovely stay for their incredible service during our stay. The location was unbeatable and tranquil, staff were five star! It was a nice quiet area, a useful base for us. We ate at an astonishing restaurant for dinner.

Great way to end our trip. Nice location, reasonably spacious property, exceptionally comfortable beds. Extra care from the five star and hospitable staff. Plenty of different restaurants, restaurants and bars to eat outside the hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, near restaurants. Had brunch in the A la Vecia Papussa, located nearby. The suite was unique and neat with our own private terrace.

The location is nice, a huge variety of restaurants and bars, and local restaurants nearby. Would stay again in this nice quiet area. Offers first-class service and outstanding food. Moreover, they have free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The location is perfect and beautiful and near the Grand Canal and St Mark's Square as well as Murano and Burano upon recommendation of the concierge, Ivan Romanello. Cannaregio district deserves your time and attention. The food is GREAT and the breakfast was varied and savoury.

The rooms were a nice size, there was a comfortable bed. The hotel was placed in the remote location very close to the stop for the waterbus that connects to the airport. Cannaregio district was worth staying in.

Romantic place and great little room. Units out in the garden. Rich and savoury breakfast to start the day, excellent food. What a perfect and beautiful location in a perfect quiet area away from all the crowds! And near the garden during warmer weather, Murano, and the lagoon.
