The stay here was really nice during our two weeks vacation. Truly enjoyed the well-organised and good little room with single beds.

This location was great and lovely, short walk to most tourist spots, the train station rather than the main sights like St Mark's square and the san marco square. Btw, we admired Campo Santa Margherita, based at a short distance from the hotel.

Triple room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. It was new-fashioned and included an ample bathroom. The staffs were really friendly & amicable.

Location - unbeatable, near to nice bars, also conveniently located to take the boat to the Marco Polo airport too and ferry boat. Besides, excellent for visiting Constitution Bridge.

All the staff members are knowledgeable and cooperative. It has a good and excellent location in an alley. It's near to the train station and ferry terminal, all transport to get into main Venice or airport and the airport.

The room was neat and en suite, included with A/c as well as a nice bathroom. Meals in the hotel were appetising. The check in was early, the staff was accommodating.

I did not want to leave there, so would recommend this hotel. Everything was great, the room was air-conditioned, the location was magnificent. Street view was worthy. The restaurant was nice and food was delicious.

I stayed in spotless and en suite room, its towels were fluffy - that's cool. There was a bathtub, a plus for me. Very central location of this low-budget hotel was a bonus.

Layout and interior design were modern. The location was perfect and best possible, within walking distance of a wide canal. Set close to restaurants and bars, it was a plus.

By and large, it was chilled-out base for sightseeing in Venice, had much fun and met efficient and knowledgeable staff at the check-out. Very central location next to Venice, the train station and ferry terminal and Murano, it was in a safe area. Cannaregio district was worth staying in.

We were in an unbeatable and brilliant location at a short distance from a stately Grand Canal palace. The property was set in a lovely area...

thank you for a good stay. exceptional place for a visit to venice, it has magnificent location very near church of scalzi and good services. the staff are amicable and the room is new-fashioned and warm. the property is based in the heart of the town. plus, this hotel is just off bus stop, train station, airport.

Worth its 2 stars. It's characterful base for visiting some must see attractions in Venice. Perfect for budget traveler. Hotel's receptionist was top! Venue has a good restaurant.
