Grounds were kept overall clean, breakfast was perfect and sensational. The staff was polite, exceptionally nice. The room was well-organised and romantic, the bed was extremely comfy, liked it. The location close enough to the major tourist attractions was amazing and stunning for us.

Excellent location by great restaurants, in the very quiet area. Exceptionally comfortable beds, new-fashioned and modest rooms. Facilities - a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities, and a flat screen TV.

The room was well-equipped here with a large balcony, lovely en suite bathroom, as for instance. The breakfast was perfect and sensational for vegetarian, and the staff were competent. The hotel was in a magnificent and comfortable location, to all the main sights. The service provided there was very good.

Reasonably clean and nicely decorated place with exceptional and welcoming staff especially the receptionist. Sensational breakfast to start the day with toast, croissants and ham. New-fashioned room and spotless in a classic venetian style.

The location was good, by the €15 water taxi, and my bed was very comfy. Besides, the hotel was 4 km away from Staines Moor Country Park.

The setting was excellent, so close to Academia and St Marks Sguare, restaurants or outings and two bridges that cross the Grand Canal. Also, it was near a satellite gallery.

The hotel was lovely welcoming and nicely appointed, enjoyed lake view from our queen room. There were very comfy beds and a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels inside the room. The vibe here was elegant. The location turned out to be good, near two bridges that cross the Grand Canal, Campo Santo Stefano and restaurants or outings.

The property was perfect with welcoming staff with excellent service, I truly enjoyed the stay. The location was great for me, to the main attractions in San Marco.

Comforts of modest triple room with lovely en suite bathroom were fabulous. The hotel's location was wonderful, very close to the bridge in Dorsoduro, historic sights, and the Giglio ferry terminal. Plus, a classical 17th-century palace was close by.

Place was reasonably clean, everything was perfect. The personnel was courteous and exceptional. Our king room was romantic and brand-new, had lake view. The location of this hotel close to restaurants or outings, Accademia and San Marco and the best art collections, churches and historic sights in Venice was good.

The daily breakfast was excellent with ham and croissants, as example. The hotel was in an excellent location just next door to Basilica di San Marco, off the main Path and two bridges that cross the Grand Canal.
