The breakfast variety is gorgeous with fruit & yogurt, pastries, yogurt, nice service.

Wonderful area, very central location near to transport by speedboat, Palazzina G for 1 night last weekend, and Piazza San Marco. Beautiful bedroom.

Truly enjoyed the gorgeous superior king room with a recently renovated design. The breakfast was lovely with smoked salmon and pastries, as example, you will not be disappointed.

It is a good standard property located in San Marco district right by the airport for two hours as well as quiet areas. The staff are very amiable, managed the parking on site. The hotel offers a wide array of food that was good.

The location was unbelievable and exceptional - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were cool and offered guidance.

It was fairly clean, the staff was really helpful, plus the service was terrific. I had great-sized, stunning room with the bathroom, had good night's sleep. Enjoyed food selection, meals were good and they have lots of options.

The hotel was luxurious with good views and an amazing location close to all the major sites on San Marco. The room was new-fashioned, they served gorgeous breakfast and there was incredible staff. The beds were very comfy and there were a mini-fridge-bar, an individual safe, and climate control.

Comforts of superior queen room with a lovely balcony were fabulous. This location was unbelievable, short walk to the taxi, all the attractions and nice restaurant. San Marco district was worth visiting.

I booked well-designed and new-fashioned room with A/C, a terrace, really cool bar. Marvellous location, Marco Polo airport was 15 km away.

Stunning location of the hotel to everything you 'd want to see. Lovely breakfast, new-fashioned rooms with very comfy beds.

The hotel is luxury and fairly clean with really helpful staff. It is in magnificent location to a historic boatyard, set very close to the venue.

We stayed in a warm and great room with A/C, a lovely balcony plus nice breakfast.

The hotel was clean with an interesting design. Really special and exceptionally nice room, a bidet, a walk-in shower and dressing gowns in the room. Such an exceptionally comfortable bed and designer furniture. Location close enough to nice restaurant, water taxis and the airport for two hours. Fantastic base for exploring Venice.

The view from superior double room was particularly good. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet were available there. The service was nice, including the great onsite restaurant.

The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.

The stay was really nice. The food was excellent - variety of options. We stayed in the superior double room equipped with hanging space etc in. The location was great and absolutely perfect, right by Campo San Samuele. The area was great quiet right by water taxi.

Not so helpful staff!

We would come back for sure without a doubt. It has good sized rooms. Within a walking distance of Doge Morosini, where you can have lunch.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The food was ALRIGHT and the bed was comfortable. A Beccafico, which is placed only 400 metres away, is a nice dining choice.

we were close to some popular places like grand canal. 20 minutes on foot from the venice santa lucia train station. in love with palazzina grassi. honestly no complaints whatsoever.
