Fairly clean and gorgeous place with exceptionally kind and pretty friendly staff. Stunning location to explore Venice and good service. Again, walking distance to a byzantine shipyard. A really nice restaurant for dinner.

The staff was very hospitable, the breakfast was hot, everything was really good. This hotel was set in a very central area near to the restaurant and bar as well as the airport on the airport express boat. Places like a dazzling Benedictine abbey church were within a close distance from from here too. Our double room was comfortable modern and airy, had lagoon view.

Comfortable place for 2 nights with caring staff in assisting us with ongoing travel arrangements. Plenty of goodies for breakfast.

Very central location, excellent home base for discovering Venice. Besides, easy access to a byzantine shipyard. Generous-sized units with see view, superb bathroom plus bath tub.

Everything was really good, though a few employees were very unfriendly. The breakfasts were nice hot and savoury with honey and fresh fruit, for instance and very good service.

This is a great value and romantic hotel with very hospitable staff on reception desk. I would recomand to anyone staying in Venice.

It had perfect location, not far from ferries water taxis and Restaraunts as well as St Mark's Square 4 bridges. Gastropub Ostaria al Forno was located 5 minutes walk away. Double room with a wonderful view was the best.

We liked the historic-style building and lovely romantic room with terrace.

The suite is exquisite and romantic. The breakfast was tasty and enjoyable, we enjoyed a wide array of meals.

Generous sized, airy unit with lagoon view, and amiable staff. Amazing, incredible location in Castello district so close to Very close to the water taxi stops from the airport, a vaporetto station and cruise terminal.

Had wonderful stay for a return visit to Venice. We truly enjoyed the double room which was tastefully decorated with a fantastic view. Stunning location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed.

Provided breakfast was good hot and savoury with pastries and lovely fresh items, for instance, exceeded our expectations. Perfect location, we were just next door to Venice in the future, the shops and resturants, and the train station, airport and other areas of Venice.

The hotel was romantic, clean, in a tourist area. The staff was attentive, providing a very good service. Truly enjoyed a savoury breakfast with many options. Perfect location to attractions like Naval History Museum, that was steps away from the venue. Would recomand it as we had a perfect 10/10 experience here.

Lovely romantic room with Italian decor. Tasty and plentiful choice for breakfast.

The breakfast was lovely with a wide range of food, everybody can choose. The location was marvellous and fab, easy to get to from the boat ride from the airport and the interior design was lovely.

The breakfast served was plentiful with nuts and frankfurters, for instance. The room I stayed in was new-fashioned and romantic with unbeatable views, a lagoon view, for example.

The units are airy, modern. Marble bathroom is marble-lined. Would return there, I liked spending time there.

Pleasant hotel and clean, enjoyable breakfasts, stunning location right off the Ferry Drop-off with a magnificent view of the islands.

The location was stunning, only 5 minutes walk to Riva degli Schiavoni. Our double room was authentic and romantic. The check-in was efficient, we loved roof top bar. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful, we will come back.

The room was generous sized and the views of the sea were breathtaking. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there was free Wi-Fi. This hotel was located in a very central area very close to restaurants that are n't too touristy and the canals to the left.

Really enjoyed the place, had a such wonderful stay of 4 nights. The location of the hotel was marvellous - not too far from a grand showpiece square. Further, it was just off Venice and San Marco and a wonderful and large park.

Appetising food served, savoury and plentiful breakfast. Units with a great view over the lagoon. Calm area, central location just next door to the Grand Canal, Venice and the lagoon.

Enjoyed the location on the shore of Castello. Had some takeaway meals at Ostaria al Forno, set so close to the hotel, I couldn't resist.

The total stay was nice for a return visit to Venice. They gave us a huge room with a lagoon view. The location was very central, next to public transport and Venice.

Tasty breakfast with cheeses and honey and bacon and eggs - well worth the money. Pleasant and courteous staff throughout. Location near the waterfront as well as Venice. Also, right in front of lagoon🙂

Pleasant hotel in every way with welcoming staff at all times. Brilliant location relatively close to an art gallery. Set in a nice area really close to San Marco and a wonderful and large park, the canal, and the water taxi stops from the airport...

We do recommend & will be returning here soon. The accommodation had everything we needed for our trip, we greatly enjoyed people and views. Very impressed with satellite TV, a heating system and an individual safe in our room. It was perfectly located.
