Quiet hotel with very amiable and responsive staff. Free and reasonably good breakfasts, with very delicious croissants. Peaceful location, good restaurant. Pleasant stay, and 15 minutes' stroll from the metro.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

Well, it was an excellent stay on vacation. The staff was extremely friendly and affable the entire time. Marvellous location in front of San Marco square was a plus. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel.

It has quiet and very special position to the shops for something.

Magnificent location - a short way from a history museum. Extremely spacious and bright units with 2 well equipped bathrooms and a magnificent view, and extremely friendly staff.

Our triple room was huge with air conditioner, good aircon plus 2 well equipped bathrooms.

Greatly enjoyed the way our single room with all amenities was.

Had a romantic 4 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Affable and exceptionally nice staff who came on shift at 0830 and the setting was pleasant. I was happy to find About Thyme Restaurant, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel and served nice food. There was an amazing restaurant with simple meals.

It is quiet and nice place to stay with amicable employees who came on shift at 0830. The location is marvellous and particularly good, 4 km from a landmark bridge. The amazing restaurant is a nice plus. This is a hotel go-to for Venice!

We spent 3 nights in single room with sculptures. The setting was excellent and nice and the staff were helpful people who came on shift at 0830. Btw, the airport was 25 km away.

It was in a secluded setting to the boat station. The breakfast was free and reasonably good with very delicious croissants, all the food was outstanding.

The vibe here was family. Had a luxury and spacious room with all amenities, sculptures and a magnificent view, and I couldn't ask for more. All the staff was friendly.

Peaceful location to Public beach.

The rooms were bright and spacious with a magnificent view and sculptures, just what was needed. The location in a really comfortable area was excellent and nice. Moreover, it was 3 km from Saint Mark's Square.

Unique hotel in Venice with top-class staff who came on shift at 0830. Peaceful location to the boat station. Just next door to island 1.20, and Venice and the neighbouring islands.

Magnificent location in the really comfortable area, near the local water bus from both San Marco and Lido and an island outside venice.

Big bed in triple room with free good WiFi and 2 large windows. Location next to both San Marco as well as the green Island. Nearby Vincent Bar Snc - great place to chill out.

Location was marvellous and pleasant, atmosphere - family. Luxury family king room with views of city. Clean bathroom and exceptionally comfortable bed.

Nice place to stay in Venice, if compared to other hotels. Everything was great, we had amazing 4 days here. Our rooms at this place were huge and impressive with all amenities. The breakfast was included and had variety of meals. The location was unique, a minute walk from a history museum.

The room was very small, and Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Sincerely, it was a fine stay for a good vacation. The staff was all welcoming and competent. Secluded location was a plus. It took me 20 mins to get to the bus station.
