Overall it was nice cosy, with a private bathroom. We liked having a bathtub.

Stayed in fantastic single room with bath. A balcony, all the necessary facilities, and a kettle were there too. Great and incredible location close to all attractions was a plus. Besides, Longford Pump was 4 km away from the property.

It was clean, and the people were incredibly nice. The location for Venice was great, close to the Rialto bridge and Saint Mark's Square and the attractions. Loved our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Booked economy double room with coffee, a TV set, and a hair dryer. The hotel was in a the best location right by Rialto bridge and San Marco square, the Rialto & St Mark's Square and water bus from the airport.

The bedroom was air conditioned and nicely decorated. We had a street view and a mini-bar and a kettle. This location was perfect and excellent, near to the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square which was a huge plus, and the attractions. Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 4 km away.

All in all everything was great, had a great stay for a business trip. The location was marvellous because it was very close to Rialto & San Marco and restaurants, shopping stores and tourist spots. Plus, I was not too far away from a quaint bookshop.

My economy double room was tastefully decorated and very well kept. Had coffee, a TV set, and a hair dryer. The staff was extremely helpful in managing every request. Its location was the best close to everything. Furthermore, I walked to see Broadley Street Gardens.

Everything was great, we had magical 3 days here. The venue was set in the very central position not far from the centre, the passing gondola's and San Marco's Square. Besides, we wanted to visit a quaint bookshop, that was not too far away from the hotel.

We had a quiet bedroom. It was based in truly stunning building in an absolutely perfect location, in the heart of the city.

Amazing setting in the great area, short walk to the Grand Canal, and St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Again, walking distance to an innovative gallery. Well-appointed units with bath.

The economy queen room was well-appointed and well-equipped with bath.

All in all - had a magical 4 night stay. Really enjoyed the double room with bath, felt like we were home. The breakfast was great, such variety, with varieties of juice and juices and real scrambled eggs. The provided service was GOOD. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

Incredible and wonderful location, at a medium distance from a grand showpiece square. Found in the great area close to major attractions, and St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge.

The location was absolutely perfect and excellent, on a canal. And we were short walk to St Mark's Square which was a huge plus, La Fenice opera house, and central square San Marco.

The king room I was given was complete with 2 children's and bath plus coffee making facilities. The location was incredible and wonderful, right by the Rialto/grand canal and San Marcos square as well as the center of action.

I really enjoyed the street view from the king room. The decor was very cute and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. This accommodation was in the very central location to central square San Marco.

Had a really enjoyable stay for a business trip. Stayed in well-equipped economy queen room with bath. Its location was the best, close to ferry terminal, and in a pretty quiet area. The hotel was set only 1 km to an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge.

We were offered guest room complete with 2 children's fold up beds stuck in to look like proper beds, a nice view and traditional Venetian decor.

Plus, the location is marvellous, minutes from a cathedral church. The units are surprisingly spacious with bath. The staff is very good at all the levels.

all the staff was efficient and caring, resolved my issues. i was happy, the economy double room i booked came with 2 children's fold up beds and the the bathroom. it had central location close to ala napoleonica. the restaurant was nice and served freshly cooked food.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Simply nothing too much trouble, perfect 10/10 stay. Quirky property, clean, good service and good value. Marvellous and top location just a short walk away from Saint Mark's Square. Enjoyed quiet area. Fresh food in the Michelin star rated restaurant.

The location was very central, adjacent to Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square, Rialto Bridge, shops, water transport and eateries. The service was absolutely good.

All was wonderful, including staff and location. 20 minutes drive to the airport. Being right at Bistrot de Venise was nice, we had dinner there. Comfortable bed and very clean rooms. We loved this hotel.
