Stunning, incredible location so close to transport. A decent size and recently refurbished unit with views.

Enjoyed this cheerful accommodation with lovely and great staff at all times. Had the triple room which was extraordinary with an amazing view. We were in an unbeatable and stunning location near to Easy to get to from the ship, a boat station and the centre of the tourist area. The food at the outdoor restaurant was yummy.

Excellent location on the waterfront, outdoor restaurants in the local area. A huge variety of good food at breakfast time.

Savoury breakfasts with omelette, pastries and scrambled eggs, the stuff where all in all knowledgeable. The location was magnificent for exploring this safe area, short walk to the city centre and all main attractions, transport and the water bus.

Fabulous property, has obliging and cordial staff at all times. Very impressed with double room with lagoon view. Exceptional very central location, adjacent to Right in front of a " bus stop " as well as main attractions and transport. Plus, walking distance to The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

The location is magnificent, at a short distance from Edinburgh Castle. They serve savoury breakfasts for all tastes with cheese, rolls, prosciutto.

The location is unbeatable and stunning and the food is yummy. And it's 0.5 km from Marco Polo airport. The triple room is extraordinary and has a balcony and a little table.

The view of the lagoon was spectacular, as well as central location just next door to the Piazza San Marco, which was great, and the nearest Chinese Restaurant. The atmosphere created was quiet. The breakfast offered a lot of tasty meals.

Wonderful beautiful room, coffee-making facilities, free tea, and a safe were appreciated. The breakfast was tasty and good and I tried cereals, pastries, fruit, eggs, and cheese.

Stayed in a very fancy room with fresh bedlinen. The staff were both cordial and very good. This location was stunning, short walk to the water buses, which are 7.50 euros for a single trip, and a waterbus stop and walking distance to Saint Marks square and the Rialto bridge.

Fairly clean property with obliging staff at all times. Stunning, great location close enough to vaporetto, and the ferry terminal. Also, perfect right in the middle of everything.

Excellent quality triple room was well-equipped. A bathtub was large and everything was really good. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, minutes from a boat dock and easy to find. Efficient and very attentive staff who were always there to help.

The location was unbeatable for Venice, very close to dorsoduro and cannaregio, and the airport and the cruise terminal dock. Also, a cathedral church was around the corner.

I was there for 3 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant which also served breakfast. It was unique and had spectacular lagoon view. As for me, the location was absolutely perfect and nice, not far from dorsoduro and cannaregio and everything, comfortable beds and a great shower. The vibe here was quiet!

Charming and fairly clean place, everything was great. The staff were lovely and kind as well, would book here again. The location was very central, super right on the pier near all the sea buses. It was also really close to the San Zaccaria water bus stop and St Mark's square and the waterside.

The property was quiet little with very good staff at all times. Exceptionally comfortable bed, the room was updated and reasonably spacious. The location was brilliant, and we could reach Riva degli Schiavoni by walking.

The stuff was especially helpful and knowledgeable, provided me with a high-class triple room. The bathroom was great-sized and it had a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet for my convenience.

The location was marvellous and exceptional, just off Riva degli Schiavoni, Right next to the port to get water taxi to-and-from the airport and the water taxis and busses.

Overall it was brand-new for another single bed. The location was excellent and PERFECT, specially it was minutes from a boat dock which was useful.

We spend 3 nights in Venice lovely. The staff were knowledgeable and attentive and food was outstanding. It had an outdoor restaurant which also served breakfast.

Tbh Wi-Fi was slow, and the bed was a little hard.

Lovely design of interiors in queen room. Excellent location, relatively close to a grand showpiece square. Positioned in the safe area, so close to the Ferry Stop, Venice, and airport.

Actually, the room was tidy and immaculate for another single bed. The venue was in a very central location not far from St Mark square, the lagoon and Right by the boat stop to-and-from the airport. Castello district was worth exploring: D

Well, the area was quite dirty overall.

Plenty of food at the breakfast, I enjoyed eggs, pastries, cereals, cheese and fruit.

The rooms are stunning and incredible with a balcony overlooking enclosed patio downstairs with a view of St Zachariah's church, a lagoon view and lobby bathroom.

Very rude staff!

Make sure to get triple room with a great view, balcony, for instance. The location is best possible and peaceful, 2 km from Natural History Museum. Always a good experience, I would book again.

The hotel is deluxe and location is wonderful. Booked deluxe queen room, that included climate control, a private safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. 5 mins walk to the center. We had goodies and coffee at Bar Gelateria Bellavista, it was located a short walk to the venue...

location was excellent, classic hotel. an electric kettle and a fridge were in the classic double room. the place is within short walking distance to venice downtown.

The view was amazing from our own balcony. That hotel was in an Awesome location. Here we stayed adjacent to some popular places such as rialto bridge. We strongly recommend as we appreciated paganelli.
