Well, it was a very pleasant stay for a short visit. The entire staff was caring.

Wonderful hotel, it has amazing restaurant and amazing location to landmarks. Thanks to the staff for being very, very nice and welcoming and providing us with an amazing service. They serve freshly made food, have variety of options to choose from.

Elegant atmosphere, great quality and well furnished rooms. Very clean bed and remodeled bathroom.

The breakfast had a good choice of selection, the food was fresh. In my case they offered wheelchair accessible room with a big quiet terrace, a vintage furniture, for example and that was great. The location was marvellous to Venice landmarks.

The hotel was neat with a good restaurant. Great breakfast to start the day with numerous coffees and pancakes.

The very good breakfast offers good food: hot waffles, pastries, pancakes, yoghourt, and scrambled eggs. The rooms are brand-new and fancy and complete with kids stayed and the kitchen.

What a lovely little and pleasant place! The location was magnificent - close to restaurants and bars. Found in a very posh area. A good choice of different nice restaurants and bakeries to eat outside the hotel. Very good service everywhere.

The staff is very, very nice. It has marvellous and good location 0.5 km away from the airport. It's worth staying here and exploring San Marco district.

I had a lovely experience here, everything was well-maintained, the location was stunning right by Venice due to severe flooding and all luxurious shops. The room was well-organised and fancy with balcony. Had a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe.

Loved the hotel, it was impressive with marvellous location in very popular shopping district. The staff were great, doing great job.

The location was bad.

The hotel had a very central position very close to tourist attractions, San Marco and Giglio Vaporetto and the most important landmarks. Also, we were just a short walk away from a historic bridge. The food was fresh with variety of options.

The room was a nice size and included a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe.

We've stayed here before and truly enjoyed this place. It was a nicely decorated and perfect hotel with strong internet. The provided service was exceptional. The restaurant was good and the staff where pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating.

I've had a nice stay for 2 nights. Everything was well-maintained, fantastic location to many Venice sights, the staff were nice. Choose suite where kids stayed.

Very pleasant experience there. Tidy and quirky accom with incredible location next to one vaporetto stop and access to many more at St Mark's, the 30min ferry and the center of the city. Separate room, reasonably clean bathroom. Many things to like: very clean bed, delicious food, very very helpful staff.

The unit we got was beautifully decorated with juice, the aircon, a real `` double '' bed.

The place was fairly clean, reasonably spacious and very traditional rooms. The staff team was very nice and understanding. The service was absolutely excellent! The restaurant was amazing and offered fresh dishes.

They gave a penthouse apartment with numerous coffees, old Italian style, for example as we booked. Having a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet was a bonus.

The room they gave us was fancy and well laid out with large windows, 3 single beds, a terrace. The breakfast was great, with a lot of food.

comfortable beds, an electric kettle, air conditioner and a personal safe were a nice touch. the atmosphere created was elegant. they had an early check-in. it was just next door to the main alley, all luxurious shops and the center of town, marvellous location overall.

Came in Venice to relax and have fun, this small hotel was chilled-out base for doing it.

The units are authentic, fancy. It has a magnificent location adjacent to the main square and beautiful streets and canals, and San Marco😃

The hotel was right by San Marco as well as water bus stop thanks to its marvellous and brilliant location...

Enjoyed how quiet the property was. Our queen room had satellite TV, a heating system and a work desk. There were polite employees. Stopped by Bar Ducale to get some coffee and treats, it's a few steps away from the venue, recommend...

we had 3 nights in venice, spend our time here nicely. it deserves its 3 stars.

The bed was hard here.

We visited one of our favorite spots st mark's basilica that was right by the hotel. Cannaregio neighborhood deserves to be explored.
