Everything was perfect, particularly good location convenient to vaporetto station as well, the staff were cooperative. A lot of meals for breakfast, it was free and delicious. The service was terrific, that made the hotel reasonably priced and lovely little place.

The staff were affable and knew how to help. We had a superior bedroom. The hotel made an astonishing breakfast.

The rooms were air conditioned, tastefully decorated and with great free wifi. The location was incredible in a truly beautiful area, near the main square and boat station, and walking, water taxi r a mixture between walking and fairy. Besides, National Museum of Scotland was 2 km away from the property.

Everything there was good. Astonishing and marvellous breakfast option with fresh pancakes, great coffee, the cappuccino. Superior bedroom. A nice quiet area, marvellous location just next door to gondolas floating by, and the main attractions of the city and many water taxi stops. Again, walking distance to Manchester Arena.

Everything was good, had a very nice stay on holidays. The location was particularly good there, close to center of Venice! What's more, it was very close to the nearest ferry stop, a pretty square and a nice quiet area.

It's interesting place for sightseeing and exploring Venice. The room is extremely pleasant and romantic, comes with beautiful view, a balcony and wood like a luxury chalet. The staff are cooperative and absolutely excellent, giving their best to make the stay a pleasant experience.

It is a quiet property located in San Marco district so close to bars, shops and San Marco's Square and La Fenice Theatre. The room is elegant and heated with a king size bed. The location is marvellous and brilliant on the banks of a canal.

Loved how charming small and newly remodelled the property was and its attentive staff during check-out. The location of the hotel was stunning and best possible - a 10-15 minute walk from a satellite gallery. Souvenir shops and various stores were right next door.
