I had fantastic days staying at this characterful hotel. Stayed here for 1 night and really enjoyed my choice. The breakfast offered was very very good and splendid with cakes, croissant plus bacon. The stuff was very obliging and nice all the time. The location of the property was marvellous, in a quiet neighbourhood far from the tourist crowds. A cool bonus was Cafe Modern Two, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. The service was all in all exemplary.

The location was hard to find, it's a pitty.

The location of the hotel was incredible and wonderful - a 10-15 minute walking distance from Sherlock Holmes Museum. Moreover, the area was lovely quiet.

The location was marvellous, in a residential area of Venice, it's a plus. The breakfast was very very good and splendid with soft-boiled eggs and pastries, for example, you will not be disappointed.

Stylish place, great for new year. Particularly good and stunning location in the downtown area, close enough to the centre St Mark's square and the main bus station. Lovely design of interiors in superior queen room. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a balcony, a safe, and a writing table. Excellent, amicable staff, from staff member.

Delicious breakfast with a wide range of options, wonderful and clean place. Beautiful and gorgeous location with a train station walk from the hotel.

I appreciated spending time here. All in all everything was beautiful, had a perfect 10/10 stay that was also good value. Overall it was well-appointed, with a private bathroom.

Gorgeous location so close to water bus, walking distance to bars and restaurants.

It features very good sized rooms with extra touches as well as private terrace.

It has a combination of a good service and an elegant ambience. It has amazingly kind and accommodating staff and boasts nice views of the canal. The location is great in a beautiful area, close enough to the bus station as well as the Madonna dell'Orto and San Marcuola stops.

The location is stunning and the food is fabulous. They offer brand-new, tastefully decorated rooms with champagne, great air con, comfortable beds. Thank you for the stay this time - would love to come back here some time.

The location was perfect and exceptionally nice - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The room was very good sized, had wonderful views and featured a writing desk and a hair dryer.

The most important - wonderful location in to the main attractions. Themed classic king room with moorish decor, elegant atmosphere. Plentiful breakfasts with pastries, croissant and cakes.

Clean and unique place and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was amicable and excellent, everything was beautiful. Our superior queen room was complete with modern shower, sofa bed, as for instance. The service was individual with parking in the hotel. They had an early check-in. The location was marvellous, close to the airport for an early flight, Cannaregio and so many bars and restaurants, in a lovely quiet area.

It had marvellous and stunning location in the heart of the city, restaurants and eateries were walking distance to the hotel. Furthermore, the area was tourist.

Special, clean place with great views. Delicious and plentiful breakfast and a huge variety of goodies. Well-appointed and extremely pleasant room and great bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

The property was spotless, featured nice design, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were all patient and attentive. The continental breakfast offered a great selection of food, something for everyone's taste. The canal view was wonderful and the location was ideal and nice, close enough to the American-style cocktail bar, and quiet and picturesque canal. No complaints, the venue met standards.

The hotel is situated in the central location right to start a day of wandering the canals. The rooms are themed, the bar is pleasant! Would love to come back here some time, the property exceeded all expectations.

We thoroughly enjoyed this staying. The stay here was very special that was also good value. Continental breakfasts with bacon and fresh fruit and fresh croissants was plentiful.

Was a brilliant base for new year. The location was great and incredible, close to Chiesa di San Marcuola Church. This hotel was in a residential area so close to picturesque canal and all the major sights. Really enjoyed the way our superior double room was arranged. Bathtub in the great bathroom was super awesome.

Every time we stay in Venice, like to stay here. Everything is beautiful here. The breakfast is delicious, the staff keeps it stocked and fairly clean. The staff are extremely friendly, offer individual services. The location of the hotel in Venice is particularly good, really close to the American-style cocktail bar, and the Bus and Train stations. And it's by Rio Torrette.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the superior double room with canal views, everything was beautiful. The personnel was amiable and excellent. The setting was good and stunning, near cafes populated by the locals, the D'Orto vaparetto stop and the overcrowded hotspots of Venice. After long day I visited Ae Bricoe for a couple of drinks.

The location was marvellous and stunning, at a walking distance from a historic canal bridge. It was also adjacent to Venice, the train station, and restaurants and heart of Venice. Superior queen room I stayed at was cool with super comfortable beds. A safe, a minibar and central heating were perfect.

All in all, it's enchanting place that has informative staff at our check-out. The deluxe double room is elegant with loverly decor, sound of church bells and nice touches. The location is central, not far from the neighborhoods outside of Venice, a glass factory and restaurants. You can relax at A la Vecia Papussa, located nearby.

This hotel was situated in the residential position. I found A la Vecia Papussa offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Themed room, a roll in shower, a hair dryer and a bidet in the room. Nice interior design, very comfy beds. Nice quiet area, residential location just next door to a quiet area, Vaporetto boats, public taxies, and Venice.

The units are beautifully maintained and immaculate with super comfortable beds. All in all they offer great service. The staff are amiable, managed the parking in the hotel.

The restaurant here was magnificent for evening meals, we both ordered hot dishes. The location was marvellous and fab, within walking distance of San Marco. Plus it was minutes away from restaurants and bars.
