Clean accommodation, super-friendly staff. Fancy room and compact with the windows open. Overall particularly good and amazing breakfast with a view of the Grand Canal and coffee at the front overlooking the grand canal and a decent amount of hot and good service.

The room was double superior with a magnificent view especially at sunset. The bed was very clean, and I had large bathroom. Very knowledgeable personnel with professional service and friendly staff, paid attention to every detail.

Clean hotel, enjoyed to be close to bus stations and the vaporetto, the beautiful Grand Canal and central train station thanks to wonderful location. The breakfast was good hot with coffee to be served and a view of the Grand Canal and the ambiance was quiet. The room was double superior here with 2 single beds joint together.

It had very uncomfortable beds, and the views appeared to be dreadful.

The venue is exceptionally clean and big size, views are delightful, the location is excellent and stunning near the train station, bus station as well as water bus station, the tourist attractions and the best restaurants. I have stayed in the superior queen room with a patio, a balcony, and a safe box. The breakfast includes outstanding food, such as cakes, fruit, eggs, and bacon.

The place was quaint and luxury and the staff were top-class, the location was beautiful in the Santa Croce neighborhood. The rooms were compact and new-fashioned, they come with old venetian style, garden view, as example. The breakfast was good hot with hot chocolate and coffee to be served, as example, you will not be disappointed.

I was offered a room with lovely views especially at sunset. The breakfast was awesome and marvellous, the check in was early.

Thank you guys for a such wonderful stay for one night. The location is marvellous and fantastic with lifesaver private transfer. It is nestled in a market area near to bus station, train station and water bus station, the main attractions like San Marco's and all the various water buses.

Make sure you stay in the double room with full bath, Venetian decor, coffee. The location is fantastic and wonderful, to the major tourist sites.

the hotel's setting was next to such tourist attractions as rialto bridge. pizzeria vittoria was 10 mins walk away.
