We had a quiet bedroom. Fresh fruit, pastries, and cheese were tasty and overall there was a lot of food.

Updated superior double room and the bed was large. Efficient staff and the location was magnificent and stunning. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Dorsoduro district.

The location of the property was magnificent and absolutely perfect, to primary Venice key sites. We booked superior queen room, it was updated.

We had a comfortable bedroom. The restaurant was outdoor and the breakfast was wonderful and delicious with croissants and ' endless' tea or coffee, for instance. The check in was quick and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. Marvellous and easy location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. Moreover, the area was peaceful. Nothing too much trouble, the property met expectations.

Truly enjoyed this intimate hotel because of peaceful position along with very service-minded staff. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 km.

I had a brilliant stay in a long time. The whole hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was caring. Had perfect and quiet location close to everything Even Ferry connection. Also, a 1st ever fully licensed distillery was in the area of the venue. The overall atmosphere was quiet, though some staff members were a little tired.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

The breakfast is wonderful and delicious, available with a very nice spread, 'endless' tea or coffee plus pastries. The hotel is in a marvellous and beautiful position and the airport is 0.5 km away. Dorsoduro is a district that deserves exploring.

Caring staff, the breakfasts are wonderful with many fresh options. The setting is amazing and comfortable, next to Murano glass factory, Rialto Bridge and the ferry from the train station.

This hotel is nicely appointed, has amazingly helpful employees at the reception desk the breakfast was excellent. Stayed in brand-new superior double room with incredible attention, an amazing bathroom, 2 double beds. The location was central, so close to the bridge, and Accademia and Zattere vaporetto stops. Also, Basilica of st Mary of Health was situated just 1 km away.

The bedroom was airy and brand-new. The bed was comfortable, had spacious bathroom. I didn't want to leave and will choose the place for future trips.

The stay here was excellent for for an arts and culture visit. Amazing and incredible location in 2 boats, met expectation. Also, a satellite gallery was a few steps away from here.

It was well-kept and brand-new, good enough for exploring the city. The hotel was set in a central area very close to the Academia bridge, the boat stop of the blue line and close to two vaporetto stops : Zattere.

The breakfast had tasty choices and there were fresh fruit, pastries, and cheese. The venue was set in the central position so close to the Grand Canal, the Venice airport and restaurants around.

Only stayed 3 nights, as we were in a hurry, but glad that chose this really modern and wonderful small hotel. The competent staff members provided a few recommendations. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, to center of venice. Moreover, the property was relatively close to Doge's Palace. The service was exceptional, including an early check-in at 1 am. You guys made our stay perfect!

The bathroom was really small.

It has excellent and lovely location really close to the bridge crossing the Grand Canal, the south edge of Venice and most historic sites such as St Mark Square.

I ate at a very pleasant restaurant for dinner.

The breakfast is delicious with good coffee and fresh fruit, as for instance, lots to choose from. The location is in a perfect spot central to the many attractions of the Dorsoduro neighborhood.

The staff I met were very efficient and responsive. The location was peaceful for traveling around Venice, near the gorgeous Accademia Bridge, the Grand Canal and the south edge of Venice, and central Venice. I ate at the outdoor restaurant near the property.

I was there for 4 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant with the food and “ up sell ” service at Venetian restaurants. I was surprised by the magnificent lagoon view.

We were in a classic queen room with different decor both fabulous and living space plus nice design. Having a hairdryer, a bidet and dressing gowns was a bonus. Best possible and brilliant position was an added bonus. The breakfast was sumptuous, the check in was early. The atmosphere created was quiet😃

It is a few steps away from dorsoduro. We enjoyed the pool. 15 minutes on foot from the Venice Santa Lucia train station. Everything met all requests❤
