Safe property with amicable staff and unbeatable location in a quiet part of town.

The units were compact and the staff were competent people from our receptionist.

The breakfast was satisfactory as expected with cakes and coffe teas toast, for example. Liked the location to the ferry to Murano. Besides, the hotel was 4 km away from Win Hill.

I stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was stylish, with unbeatable and exceptionally nice location short walk to vaporetto stops too, the main sites, and the ferry docks. Had a really good time.

The room was a nice size and air conditioned with internal sound insulation, a mezzanine for the bed, for instance and safety measures included smoke detectors.

The hotel was clean and had exceptionally pleasant and exceptional staff from our receptionist. We were in a great and amazing location a 10-15 minute walk from a Gothic church. It was in a fairly quiet area with lots of cafés and restaurants.

This hotel was fantastic base for exploring Venice, enjoyed it and venue’s nice and welcoming staff from our receptionist. Stayed in quiet and elegant room with shared bathroom. The location in a really quiet area was marvellous. Btw, the airport was 15 km away.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, its location was exceptionally nice and close enough to local bars and restaurants, and the canals and the old buildings nearby. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly and really care about the guests. The food is good and fabulous.

I have stayed in the twin/double room with shared bathroom. 100% recommend the place, I did not want to leave there.

We where in a perfect location so close to the shopping streets, water taxi and the cruise ships. Also, a wide canal was 1 km away.

The location turned out to be marvellous and lovely, very close to most locations to Venice as well as bars and cafes. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was lovely.

It was across the nice quiet area. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient and our experience was really enjoyable overall.

I slept so comfy in the extremely comfy bed. The facilities were clean and easy to use. Its location was cute, right by San Marco, and numerous food and drink outlets.

The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. Appreciated the clean bathroom. Just a 15-minute stroll to the center. Being short walk from Osteria al Mariner was nice, we had dinner there.
