It has a magnificent and stunning location in the “ overflow ” area. The staff are cooperative and the room is atmospheric in venetian style.

The rooms are bright and luxurious. Fab location in general, very very nice staff at reception desk.

The room is quite and cool and equipped with central heating, a work desk, and television.

Liked our stay at the hotel and recommend it to all. All in all - had an amazing 2 night stay. The location was particularly good and fantastic in the very quite area.

Appetising choice of croissants, scrambled eggs, butter, cakes, and cheese at breakfast. Excellent and unbeatable location, easy to get to from Treviso airport. Again, walking distance to Water of Leith Walkway.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a quite comfortable time. The breakfast food was appetising, different choices to eat like cakes, eggs, bacon, and cheese. The location was fab and the breakfast was great. Also, I had easy access to The Grave of a Nazi Dog.

The hotel rooms are elegant and quiet with venetian style as well as 2 grown up children. This is a great location in Venice.

Delicious and wonderful breakfast for vegans was available. It had a wonderful and lovely location very close to the shuttleboat/ferry, a restaurant and St Mark's square or the Rialto Bridge areas. We stayed for 7 nights here, loved San Marco district.

Even though everything was perfect, some of the staff were not very friendly.

The team provided an excellent service. Truly enjoyed the Italian-style building and well-appointed and recently refurbished room with a huge modern bathroom.

The building is very good and the rooms are well decorated and well-kept with 2 bathrooms, solid windows, as example. The venue has unbeatable location close enough to walk to everything. Also it is short walk to the mini bars, both Rialto Bridge and St Marks square, on main shopping street, overlooking canal.

The hotel was in a perfect position not far from The rialto bridge and piazza San marco, canal near Rialto and StMarks and the center of Venice in a beautiful building that's seen many years go through. The booked room was neat and brand-new in venetian style.

Again, it was near a grand showpiece square. It was nice to have delicious scrambled eggs, cakes, bangers, and cheese in the morning.

Got newly decorated twin/double room in venetian style when arrived, loved that. It was equipped with a safe, a mini bar and a sofa bed. The location was good and incredible, close to a cathedral church.

The location is excellent and perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from an ornate footbridge. It is nestled in a very quiet area not far from both Rialto bridge & shopping area and St Mark's square, and the shops. Central location was a plus. Besides, the area was pretty quiet, next to St Mark's Clocktower. Stunning and warm room in venetian style, I had a real good stay. A private safe, a mini bar and central heating were available here too.

The location was marvellous, at a walking distance from an imposing Gothic-style church. And it was also next to overlooking canal, and Venice. The staff were courteous, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the room was luxurious. The breakfast was satisfactory and had lots of options — eggs, pastries, fruit, cheese and bangers.

The location is peaceful and awesome, 1 km from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. The hotel provides eggs, cheese, bacon and cakes for breakfast, the food is fabulous.

Classic hotel, friendly staff in a great position. We really loved a shower, a hairdryer and terry cloth robes in the bathroom. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like bistrot de venise that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

The bed was not very comfortable.

All in all, I spend my time wonderfully. Location seemed superb.
