Wonderful location in a very popular area next to the water taxi stops and most important attractions. Reasonably priced rooms, air-conditioned and extremely pleasant for our baggage. Lots of food at the hot and hearty breakfast.

Our hotel is set in a central location just off all main Venice attractions, the surrounding shops and St Mark's Square and Basilica. A quadruple room for our baggage has basic facilities you need.

Generally, the place was perfect and had highly efficient and active staff with a professional and caring manner. The location was fantastic and excellent, very close to Piazza San Marco and all the other sights, e lovely staff and Saint Mark's square and the grand canal in Venice, Italy. Greatly enjoyed our stay, strongly recommend.

Its location is stunning, not far from historical attractions, airport boat and vapretto stops, and the downstairs bar/restaurant. San Marco district is worth your attention.

It has marvellous location in San Marco district just off a vaporetto stop, and which was one of the highlights of the trip. Big rooms, that have essentials you need.

It had marvellous location, just next door to a main and the San Marco square and the ferry terminal to airport. The room was budget and updated with a pleasant view of the sunset.

The venue is placed in a central position in the centre of Venice close to st Marks square. The staff are very responsive and responsive, managed the parking onsite.

Unique design of interiors in classic queen room. Very clean bed, a high ceiling and a balcony. Location - perfect, not far from the main attractions by foot, the nearest vaporetto station at Giglio and St Mark's square and the Doges palace -the Rialto bridge.

It was very close to private water taxi from the airport and St Mark's Square, Doje's Palace, a water bus stop, magnificent and wonderful location overall. The room was well-organised and air-conditioned and the view of the sunset was absolutely superb!

The hotel had magnificent location really close to the train station, St Mark's square, water bus station and Bridge of Sighs and the nearest grocer / supermarket. We got superior king room, which was tastefully decorated. Enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book again.

The hotel was well priced and overall clean with friendly efficient and fabulously helpful staff from reception to room cleaners. Loved the way my quadruple room was arranged with music, bidet, for instance. The location in the centre of Venice was perfect. The Michelin star rated restaurant was nice and offered excellent meals.

It was an unbeatable location really close to St Marks square, restaurants and shopping, and the airport from the back door onto the canal. The staff was responsive throughout the day.

Absolutely fabulous and comfortable hotel overlooking the roof top, we had a such great experience here. The venue was in a very central location close to good cafe and restaurants, Saint Mark's square and the grand canal in Venice, Italy, and the water transport stops. Tasty and delicious breakfast and other services were exceptional. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

Everything was first-class, very efficient staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms were tastefully decorated and extremely pleasant, were equipped with a very nice big bed, 2 separate bathrooms, for instance. The location turned out to be absolutely perfect and excellent, not far from the fashion district, restaurants, Piazza San Marco, and to taking a boat to the airport, and all the must see attractions. Also, a grand showpiece square was only 1 km away.

The hotel's position was magnificent, close to the restaurant for breakfast, and San Marco and Rialto. Superior queen room was modern and air conditioned in true venetian style.

We were in an unbeatable location not too far from Doge's Palace.

The room was reasonably large, airy with artworks. We were greeted by expert, reasonably good staff.

Shame the bathroom was a little tired.

Perfectly clean and wonderful old place, has fantastic views of the sunset. The rooms are soundproof with marble-lined bathrooms and have a nice interior. Boasts amazing location and responsive staff with a professional and caring manner. Michelin-starred restaurant on the premises is gorgeous.

We booked superior queen room with a balcony and could use wake-up service, available in it.

Facilities were very good, even so Wi-Fi was terrible.

The classic queen room was exceptionally clean and huge with rear balcony. Everything was very convenient, including tasty and delicious breakfasts with including a waffle station and croissants.

The staff were not particularly friendly, didn't expect that coming.

The room itself was well heated and new-fashioned with table and chairs as well as the other windows provided.

It was a beautiful hotel in a commercial area, just next door to the nearest vaporetto station and the main tourist sites as well as designer shops. The staff were exceptional people. The location was marvellous and particularly good - ease of access to Saint Mark's Square. I ate at the Michelin-starred restaurant near the property.

All perfect, everything you need for the trip. The rooms are well heated with magnificent views of the roof top. The location is marvellous and good, the check in is early. Btw, it's set in the very popular area.

Spectacular hotel, the staff were absolutely exceptional and very pleasant. I asked for classic queen room with the shower, an enormous four poster bed, for instance and they kindly provided it.

We were moved to a classic queen room and had a high ceiling and a balcony. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom here was spotless. The hotel had a marvellous position, cute in the garden.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, the room itself was big and very specious. The location in a downtown area was marvellous and there were a shopping street and boutiques nearby. Also, the venue was only 1 km to a cathedral church.

Enjoyed Venice, the hotel was nicely decorated and quirky in San Marco area. The room we had was fabulous and air-conditioned with a very good breakfast. Very good service was provided. The Michelin-starred restaurant and rooftop bar were also available.

The room is unique with a nice decor. I think that wake-up service available - it's a plus. Offers efficient service and great food. In fact, there is excellent internet.

We truly enjoyed the classical furniture and excellent location. Room had a little balcony. In addition, free WiFi was provided. Of course, would definitely recommend.
