The breakfast was delightful and gorgeous with great view, the pastries, croissants, the staff was outstandingly accommodating. This was a marvellous and particularly good location just next door to nice sightseeing and shopping, and lush restaurants and amazing sites.

Wi-Fi connection was weak and the room was very basic.

The place was chic and peaceful and restaurant was great. We were provided with the double room and the breakfast was lovely, The hotel had an excellent location an easy walk to a 1st ever fully licensed distillery. And it was 15 minutes on foot from the downtown.

The location of the hotel was stunning, to the Grand Canal. Moreover, it was not too far from The Shambles, thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a comfortable bedroom. The view was fabulous, the breakfast was delightful.

This accommodation was in the very central location in center of Venice. Overall it was fairly quiet, with a shared bathroom.

It's a peaceful boutique hotel nestled in a chic style building. The staff are extremely friendly, giving their best to make the stay a really nice experience. It boasts good and stunning location not far from Venice for the festival. Cannaregio district is worth your attention. If we return to Venice would love to come back here some time.

The breakfast was delightful for all tastes, and the staff was attentive. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a wide canal. What's more, it was adjacent to the centre, the Ca'd'oro vaporetto and a wonderful restaurant and a night at the Opera.

The weather was warm, had very nice stay during our visit. The location was stunning in the heart of venice, just a walking distance from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. Besides, it was just next door to restaurants and train station.

The hotel is in the very central location to the fish market. Besides, a beautiful baroque church is 5 minutes' drive away. Airy and incredible rooms come with bedding changed daily, a shared bathroom plus a very comfortable bed.

Staff was HELPFUL and hotel was family-friendly. The suite is good sized, with a mini-fridge-bar, a private safe and a television with satellite channels. The restaurant is nice.

Comfortable beds in the rooms. Found Osteria dal Riccio Peoco with perfect drinks 500 metres away. In addition, free WiFi was useful.
