The room is magnificent and accommodating and there are good views of the pretty garden.

Comforts of queen room were fabulous - a mini refrigerator, a safe, and a closet space. The breakfast was delightful and magnificent with appetising variety. Close to a gallery and a palace, overall the location was great and incredible. The staff were happy to help, exceptional service from them.

Well, the area was heavy tourist overall.

Had bright twin room with a garden view and wake-up service was available in it. The location of the hotel was great and incredible - just a short walk away from a public museum. The exceptional service and the attention to detail!

The location was marvellous, close to station walk! The breakfast was delicious with even yogurt and frequently replenished.

The breakfast choice was fantastic with croissants and hot chocolate. The room was reasonably large and wonderfully decorated with great shower etc and the location was unbeatable.

The location was unbeatable in a quiet area, near to the train station and the bus station, and all the key areas. Also, we were 2 km from popular place such as Edinburgh Castle. The breakfast served was light.

The rooms were all decent sized and new-fashioned with a complementary bottle of prosecco. The hotel had a central position close to the `` beautiful library '', and cafes.

The whole room was a decent size with a bath and bottle of Prosecco plus a garden view. The location was perfect and good: shopping centres and chemist's were within walking distance.

I didn't want to leave, so totally recommend this hotel. This venue is stylish, has exceptionally accommodating employees from managers and reception staff to waiters. Great and tranquil location, Marco Polo airport was 15 km away.

Our hotel was in a marvellous and BRILLIANT location, walk from a bus station. There was a great restaurant, shops and chemist's next door. The rooms were tidy, comfortable bedroom for a good sleep. It was in a classic building with particularly good view.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, astonishing food, exceptional views. Room was spotless, with an amazing bathroom. Every detail, the service was outstanding and the staff were happy to help.

The staff was friendly and location was quiet. We liked a shower, hairdryers and a bidet in the bathroom. The place is 4-6 minutes walking distance Venice downtown. Very good breakfast each morning.

Service and staff were all outstanding. The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk;)))

It will take about 15 minutes to reach piazza san marco by foot. Easy access to a train station. Just a walk down to the restaurant Trattoria la Veneziana.
