It has absolutely perfect location in San Polo district next to the market, and Venice.

The hotel was beautiful small, fairly clean, in a communal lounge area. Very friendly stuff, suggested places to visit. I had great food for breakfast with a view of rialto bridge. I liked property's unbeatable and incredible location. Everything was modern and met requirements.

The double room for italian style breakfast had basic facilities you need.

I had a well-equipped and beautifully decorated room complete with a safe box, a minibar, and central heating. The bathroom was clean, with a bidet.

The hotel is quaint, perfect with delightful canal views.

The breakfast was great, there was a wide array of food to chose from. It was in the very central location to an exceptional winery with amazing wines. We saw a wide canal, that's relatively near the venue.

The staff were gorgeous and great in case of questions.

The location was awesome close to All the major touristic sites. Visited Doge's Palace, located not too far away from the venue.

Came here for weekend, had amazing 3 days overall. The booked room was brand-new and gorgeous for italian style breakfast. The venue was in a very central location just off restaurants, and all key areas on foot. Also, a grand showpiece square was just 1 km away.

It met needs and we would like to stay here on the next trip. Our hotel is set in a very central location adjacent to a Gondola ride as well as both the ferry and shopping. San Polo district definitely deserves exploring.

The breakfast variety is great with a view of rialto bridge and made-to-order cappuccinos, as example, excellent service. The location is stunning, so close to the iconic Rialto Bridge and good restaurants and a Gondola ride. Great nearby places include Pasticceria Bar Targa, we usually had drinks there.

Really enjoyed Venice, the hotel was lovely and flawless very conveniently by the Rialto bridge. The location offered was unbeatable and super adjacent to all key areas, main tourist stops, and the market. Also, it was close to visit a wide canal.

Modern and gorgeous hotel in a really beautiful Venetian style building. Incredible location next to Rialto bridge on Canal Grande in a communal lounge area. For tea or coffee visit Cafe Saraceno nearby.

Unbeatable and super location, it was short walk to all key areas on foot, the Rialto bridge and restaurants and beautiful Venice.

This small hotel is impecable with fantastic staff. The property has unbeatable location to the San Silvestro vaporetto stop. Also it is just next door to the Rialto market and the canal.

The location is great and stunning, not far from the central square, and still remarkably quiet, we greatly enjoyed it. You can relax at Ostaria dai Zemei, located nearby. Overall the room is gorgeous, modest and includes a safe box, a minibar and central heating. The decoration is stunning.

It was a gorgeous hotel, I will be back. Fantastic venue, it was clean, and the staff was incredibly kind. Marvellous location for a honeymoon, all was perfect.

My room with large bed as well as decent facilities was beautiful and exceptionally nice, had good night's sleep.

The location in a communal lounge area was great and fab and there were shopping centres and a market nearby. Also, I visited an ornate footbridge. A great selection of food for breakfast, everything was fab.

There was fresh fruit missing.

Fairly clean hotel in a new building near an exceptional winery with amazing wines as well as good restaurants. Very central location to the Rialto market. A wide array of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Had a great stay for 1 or2 night. The room we stayed in was big for italian style breakfast. The location was great : shopping centres and a market were within walking distance.

The staff are outstandingly accommodating and the room is big size for italian style breakfast.

Thanks to the efficient staff everything was modern, including a great selection of great food. The view from our double room was stunningly beautiful. The bathroom was nice looking, with a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet. The location was incredible and wonderful, close to Saint Mark's Square. And the area was communal lounge, right by a so called platform and the Canal Grande.

Will be back, if I come to Venice. The hotel is quirky and clean, everything is great. The building is beautiful, the room is comfy. Everyone who works in the property is polite and attentive. The location is marvellous and brilliant, not too far from Doge's Palace...

Staff is kind, breakfast is very good. A heating system, a personal safe and a mini-fridge-bar in our superior queen room were realy useful during our stay.

The room faced the canal. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like trattoria al gazzettino that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We can recommend and return to the place.

antico forno is within a walking distance of the hotel. even the marco polo airport was not so far.
