Affable hotel employees all round. Very central location short walk to the Giudecca canal and two "Vaporetto " stops, impeccably clean and fantastic rooms.

Magnificent units with all essentials. A fridge, climate control, and an individual safe in the bedroom. Great and amazing setting, walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Incredible and lovely location, near Accademia. And near the cocktail bar, main sights Venice has to offer and all the sights, museums, penny guggenheim and dell academia. Very impressed with superior double room with all essentials.

I was offered a room with lovely views of the garden. The location was great because it was close to Realto bridge, and major attractions and two "Vaporetto " stops.

That hotel was in an amazing and particularly good location, close to everything. Further, it was close enough to the Giudecca canal, major attractions and two "Vaporetto " stops and two "Vaporetto" stops.

Their staff were grumpy faced.

I really enjoyed the hotel, it's cool, it has accommodating staff and incredible location. The double room was airy, I felt like at home.

Wonderful property, fairly clean, very good service and good value. Marvellous location particularly in the restaurant & bar areas with views of the garden. And so close to major attractions, main sights Venice has to offer and Marco.

I enjoyed the place, everything was very comfortable. I had the small single room and it was airy. Tea/coffee making equipment and refrigerators were very handy. The extremely friendly staff provided all the necessary info. The hotel had a good location near Paddington Waterside. It was located in a great area really close to pretty Giudecca, a relaxing base for me.

Superior queen room was with a private safe, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making equipment. The location was great and stunning - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go.

Having a private safe, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making equipment in my spotless and airy room was really great. It boasted lovely views of the garden.

Really enjoyed our 4 nights stay. We stayed in the small room, it was airy and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We met excellent and flexible staff at this hotel. The location was stunning and good to the Accademia bridge, you may take train on Venezia Santa Lucia train station within 20 minutes walk from here. The food was fabulous, had a lot of options.

The venue's position was very central. And it was around 10-15 minutes walk from Oke, ate there couple of times.

This place was DELIGHTFUL and the staff was amicable. The location was great, not very far from a museum gallery. This hotel was in a great area so close to main sights Venice has to offer, Il Palazzo Experimental and Dorsoduro.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were extremely friendly, everything was very comfortable. The great and stunning location was a super close walk to Scuola Grande dei Carmini. Visited few places in the centre, just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. Comforts of superior double room were fabulous - a private safe, air conditioning, tea and coffee making equipment. The service offered was very good.
