Amazing breakfast with champagne, mimosas plus views of the canal - well worth the money. Brilliant location to st Marks square, in the very quite area.

Wonderful small hotel with beautiful facilities and an elegant atmosphere. The restaurant was great, for dinner at the reception.

Its location was exceptional, not far from the restaurant, almost everything, specially to the Vaporetto's stops and St Mark's Cathedral and many of Venice's main attractions.

It has pleasant very central location by water taxi to the airport.

It was fairly clean with excellent customer service. This was a lovely christmas, I didn't feel like leaving.

The breakfast was warm, with a huge variety of goodies. The location was marvellous and brilliant for me as it was just off St Mark's Square, numerous eateries and the vaporetto and other major attractions.

The staff is outstandingly accommodating and consistently courteous. The setting is stunning and amazing, just off St Marks square & all the various shops, the perfect garden for relaxing in the heart of venice with a relaxing beverage after a long touring/walking day and transport links. Also, a grand showpiece square is just around the corner.

The venue was fairly clean and big size. Stunning very central location just off garden and canal, other boats float past while sipping on an Aperol Spritz and attractions, transportation food and shopping. Warm and generous breakfast on the terace was a nice touch.

The location was very central, so close to a water taxi from the airport, a beautiful square, and all the wonderful cafes and shops that Venice has to offer. Places like National Football Museum were within walking distance of from here too.

Stylish executive suite, extremely comfy beds. Busy area, stunning location, really close to restaurants, buses and taxies and the hop on off buses and Venice in general. Plus, walking distance to Saint Mark's Square.

The location of the hotel is incredible, really close to shopping streets, the Venice centre and San Marco square and many restaurants in the area. The breakfast is generous and above average with champagne, Prosecco and views of the canal, there’s an option for each taste. All in all they offer excellent service.

Quiet and enchanting hotel with an exceptional service, spent my time lovely here. Everything was well-maintained as expected, even so the bathroom was very tiny. The location was great for visiting restaurants and eateries close to the venue. Enjoyed my stay.

We booked classic double room with the hot tub on top and could use wake-up service, available in it. Excellent service, although a few employees were very rude.

It has an excellent service and their breakfast is generous with nice local cheese, pastries, champagne. The setting is stunning, just next door to great shops and restaurants, and the most amazing restaurants and shopping, very impressive area. San Marco is a district that deserves exploring.

The hotel has amazing and fantastic location adjacent to center of Venice, Church/ St Marks Square/Gondolas/Rialto Bridge and all major attractions. The rooms were nicely furnished with a hot tub, the staff was knowledgeable. Exceptional services were available.

The staff were exceptional and consistently courteous in case of questions. A junior suite with a perfect view to garden and canal, had requested this in advance. I thoroughly enjoyed that the food for breakfast was great.

The hotel is quaint and fairly clean, has fabulous views to garden and canal. It boasts a marvellous location; close to a charming library and the canals and a beautiful bathroom.

That was pleasant and appealing hotel set in good area, right by the outside garden for breakfast rather than inside, and water taxi. The staff was accommodating, I loved everyone. Their food was appetising with plenty of meals.

We ate at a GREAT restaurant for dinner at the reception. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were a multi-channel TV, a seating area and ironing facilities too.

Shame the bathroom was very tiny.

I loved to be here, everything was fabulous. The classic double room was stunning, included a hair dryer, a bidet and a walk-in shower. The location was incredible and best possible, close to St Mark's Campanile. This hotel was in a relaxing area. Good restaurant provided Italian dishes.

It had stunning location with access to a grand showpiece square nearby. Restaurants and cafés next door had delicious meals. The classic queen room I got was immaculate. Really enjoyed a roll-in shower in my separate bathroom.

Came in Venice to relax and have fun, this trendy boutique hotel was great place for doing it. The bed was very comfy, I enjoyed it. You could walk to shops and different stores;)))

All in all, I spend my time fantastically. The room was huge and had everything I needed. The restaurant was located within 400 feet:)))

Rooms are large and location is GREAT. We liked to have evening drinks at Ristorante do Forni, based nearby. We recommend & wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
