The service was excellent during my stay. The room was large and luxurious, the location was wonderful central.

Though everything was perfect, some of the staff were poor.

It was clean, everyone was attentive. We truly enjoyed the food, it was delicious. The location of the hotel was wonderful, in the centre of Venice.

The room was great-sized, with excellent facilities. A great shower and a shampoo were available there.

The units are elegant, neat with separate shower, amazing bathroom plus a French balcony. The staff are amicable and best, we appreciated them.

Everything is fairly clean and fine. The atmosphere of the hotel is exclusive. The breakfast is well prepared, and the location is easy next to a glass factory in Murano and Right next to a boat/bus stop.

It was a pleasant stay, wonderful small and intimate place. Clean and the staff was attentive and excellent. Everything was first-class, though a few employees were poor. The location was incredible, for example, a grand showpiece square was at a short distance from the hotel. It was located in a really quiet area.

A nice size room, impeccable with good interior, clean facilities. Location - perfect adjacent to the Grand Canal, the airport via Alilaguna orange line-steps from the vaporetto stop and the ferry station.

The suite is luxurious, we also thoroughly enjoyed picturesque views.

Great and fantastic location in a very quiet area very close to the grande canal, the Sant Angelo vaporetto and palazzo sant Angelo ferry terminal. Besides, easy to get to a public museum. Large and luxurious units with a chilled bottle of prosecco.

Overall it was large with great view across the canale grande and rialto bridge. The food was fresh - plenty of options. The hotel location was marvellous and fantastic next to water bus. Overall the service was excellent.

Accommodation was spacious and romantic, beds where exceptionally comfortable. The staff were all hospitable, and the room was good-sized. The terrific onsite restaurant had variety of food.

The hotel serves great breakfasts and offers great-sized rooms with with a very nice and amazing bathroom. The interior is stunning and design is comfortable. Very attentive and best staff as one would expect. The location is marvellous and magnificent, to St Marks Square area.

tastefully decorated & huge rooms with a beautiful marbled bathroom. very quiet area, central location next to water bus stop and easy to get a water taxi, and close to sights. situated only 1 km from a wide canal. very good service throughout stay. hotel shuttle service was offered too.

Lots of appetising food for meals. Immaculate, fabulous unit with a great shower as well as bathroom. Central location, not too far from Riva degli Schiavoni.

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved our choice. Some of the staff members were very professional. The setting was quite quiet and easy within easy reach of an ornate footbridge. There were souvenir shops and all the major shops around the hotel. The restaurant was lovely and offered delicious dishes. Everything was simply perfectly fine.

Magnificent and unbeatable location for our visit to a wide canal not too far from the hotel.

The room was well-appointed with an exceptionally comfortable bed and with great view. The location of the hotel was central, just off water taxi from airport, and Canal Grande. Plus, a grand showpiece square was located in the immediate surroundings.

Facilities were excellent, however Wi-Fi was bad.

Useful base for romantic stay, felt like home. Lovely room, comfortable bed, pleasant staff. The hotel's location is excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed dining at Ostaria alle Botteghe, set within 5 minutes' walk.

We appreciated hotel's stuff and rooms. Canal view was worthy. It was across the quiet area. Moreover, the free Wi-Fi was available.

Close to a ferry port and within short walking distance to teatro fenice. We had a suite and it was lovely...

Such main attractions as teatro fenice were very close to this hotel. A view of the canal from our window. Really great location. We will be back. Giudecca district won't disappoint you;)))
